May I make a suggestion?
When typing /players it shows all the names - could that list have a numbered list so that you could simply type '/pm player3' instead of their name? Same with '/share playerx' so that those with ascii characters in their names could easily be msg'd or shared with?
Love the mod so far!
Also, sometimes the /player list will extend past the viewable amount of text, effectively cutting names off of players.

We will see what we can do and expect a fix for the extend thing soon it's noted.
I hope GSP will all update soon.

In further update we will make an /about command to show the current Rust++ mod version, so people won't be confused.

Alright if you can't get the Voice Notification to work on your server with Rust++ 1.4 here is the little fix.
In your Rust++.cfg file change :
[CODE]voice_notification=true[/CODE]
To :
[CODE]voice_notifications=true[/CODE]
Also if you didn't know MOTD can output any amount of lines. By default it looks like that :

motd1=Welcome to a RUST++ Server!
motd2=This server still needs to configure this area! so fresh!
[/CODE]
But this would work as well !

I got a problem with the share doors option. Everything else works perfect thou.
When I try to share door with another player, it says that the door is shared, but he still can't open the door. When I try to unshare it, it says that it unshared the person.
So the commands answer well, but it just doesn't do anything.
Would love to get a solution.
By the way, I installed the mod, but the game didn't work, so I put the files back (overwrite) it, and then it worked with the mod. Dunno maybe I did something wrong.

Everytime my GSP uploads the dll, all my doors stop working, and the death messages etc dont work either.
What's going on?
Who is your GSP and it depends if they followed the install instruction correctly.
I'm using DeinServerHost, I always send them my dll from the 1.4 download seperately, and ask them to simply replace the dll in the managed folder.
It worked this morning with 1.3.4, and door sharing worked.
But since I installed 1.4, all door sharing functions broke, and the doors won't open with that dll installed.
I tried reinstalling the thing from steam again, and then uploading all the files again, to no avail.
When I use the standard dll, door sharing doesnt work, but most of it does.
Just no death messages, no player left messages.
Got any idea?

I just installed Rust++ though HFB as well. Every time the server is restarted doors no longer share between people. I thought this should have saved.

You need to add : `

So the server auto-save every 10 mins.
Or call rustpp.shutdown before shuting it down.
We will make this easier on next update.

So I did the shutdown command. The server started counting from 60 now is at -500 seconds. Am wondering if HFB has the most updated version
I believe HFB has some MAJOR issues when it come to Rust.
None of the mods I've tried work at 100%
It was much better when we could upload everything ourselves.

Yeah that will be fixed today. But when it reached 0 it saved your files so your good.

I was with them for a DayZ server and it had its ups and downs. Just so few rust providers. And as of a week ago (before there mod crash) it was easy to update my own files.
I have already installed the 1.3.4 version with the Mods feature of HFBServers, how do i update ? I have to unistall and re-install ?

a fix for this and other things will be out in the hour.
Dont update yet ive just updated and now doors don't work , ive had to shut server down , loads of people are stuck in there bases

I Think the HFB don't updated the mod yet :/
