soon that will work, in our next update.
Ent, do you have any information about the GroupGate mod ? It seems the owner was banned from server
I just updated the mod for my server and it no longer works. Should I have updated leather as-well? p.s I ran a steam update after i re-installed to get the auto update version
You have to Uninstall Rust++, Run a Steam Update, then Install Rust++. Making a Steam Update over Rust++ will break it, so don't do that :)
I have rust ++ 1.41 installed on my bmrf hosted server, it only worked with leather 1.0 ver. door share doesnt work nor does notifications pop up in the chat. 1.40 worked fine. is there anyway to have a link to the old 1.40 that would most likely work on my bmrf? oh and also when i do the patcher.exe i get a error saying program isnt responding.. tried multiple ways of installing each time has been a fail to get those things to work wondering if u had any knowledge of this issue
Fixed, equifox17 showed me how to fix it, the patcher.exe wasnt executing through my BMRF ftp server. so he put the "managed" and "mods" folder to my desktop, made a new folder called rust_server_data and put those 2 folders into it. then he deleted the old patcher.txt document and ran the patcher.exe and it was successful and copied the new assembly DLL to my server host and bam it worked like a charm thanks man hope this helps anyone else with the issue!! also leather 1.0 worked for me not leather 1.1.
he was banned for swearing at someone for 4 days, the mod is still fine.
Ohh good :), i love the Rust++ and the DropTables, and i also want to try the GroupGate, its seems good too

thejargen, that one will not work, it's only for display to tell what the commands are. the real one is bundled as a .cfg file with the download. edit that instead.
When can we expect an update to fix the last version?
The last version is working good, what is wrong with yours ?
ok, 1.4.2 is released. changelog: Now supports Leather 1.1 added "This server is powered by Rust++ <version>" to the MOTD (you cannot change this) fixed a bug with /starter fixed /r issue with too many spaces added in /tphere, /tptoo <partial name> gives you the option to select a number /reload command (to reload the configuration file, if your an admin) If the dll's are not patched properly, the mod will be disabled
So basically when GSP integrates it to their system, just Uninstall Rust++ Run Steam Update and Install it again. As for people with direct access to FTP, you must run Steam Update Before installing the new version to get a new set of DLL. Then extract the content of 1.4.2, run the patcher. The best way to do this it to download your rust_server_data folder, run the patcher and upload it back. In ALL CASES server must be shutdown :) Enjoy Oh and also you MUST UPGRADE to Leather 1.1

/tpto is the good one. Going get some rest, if you need support PM me and I will answer when i get back !
if server restart . server door share reset.. doorshare save plase.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem, My Sleepers are set to True, but they seem to not be around... Wondering if it's just my server or a bug. THank you
/tpto is the good one. Going get some rest, if you need support PM me and I will answer when i get back !
Thanks. Now to wait for HFB to get this updated and get DropParty in.
What exactly is voice_notification -- does this mean now when someone uses voice in-game near you their name will display on the bottom right? -- I didn't notice anything and if that's the case it'd best to be disabled or else you'd know who's lurking around your house! [editline]13th January 2014[/editline]
if server restart . server door share reset.. doorshare save plase.
Pretty sure you need to type /saveall in regular chat and the game will save your rustpp config Also when you shutdown the server you can use rustpp.shutdown in console.. Both of these things I've noticed save the door share list [editline]13th January 2014[/editline]
So basically when GSP integrates it to their system, just Uninstall Rust++ Run Steam Update and Install it again. Question: With the Automated Saving in RUST++ does it do just the default save.all or does it run the /saveall command. Does it save everything, World, Player inventories, Door Shares & friends? Does it back it up, How many revisions ? Is there any risk of it causing complications with the normal automatic save that happens in the vanilla rust server? Request: provide the ability to choose a FTP location for backups. Thanks for your help!
Would like to see the ability to give a player a specific /command. Such as allowing set people to only use the teleport command. This would allow me to recruit regular players into said admin roles, without allowing them to have access to all admin powers.
decay option indeed doesent work tested it and stuff such as metal still decays.
if server restart . server door share reset.. doorshare save plase.
Add this to your Rust config:
autosave_enabled=true autosave_interval=600000 //10 mins = 600000ms
Be sure to do a /saveall in chat before you restart your server as well.
What exactly is voice_notification -- does this mean now when someone uses voice in-game near you their name will display on the bottom right? -- I didn't notice anything and if that's the case it'd best to be disabled or else you'd know who's lurking around your house!
There is/was a typo in the config. You want to change:
voice_notification=true
to
voice_notifications=true

Would like to see the ability to give a player a specific /command. I've had random server crash / restarts ever since I've patched to 1.4.1 using FPS Players. Has anybody else had crashing problems? Even after fresh install of Rust, steam update, then installing leather, then Rust++, then DropParty (In that order). krupt
When voice notifications are active it makes voice chat not work completely. Anyone else getting this?
