I just started up a server with Rust++ on it. I've loaded the mods and the server is up and running, but when I go in to play none of the player commands work. For instance /location /starter none of them do anything. Is there something I have to do after I've loaded the mods, and restarted the server?

I'm anxiously awaiting the Rust++ update. Its just not that satisfying unless your kills/deaths get announced imo. On a side note, I know that zombies will be removed down the pipe. Here is an idea. Cloth bandits with 9mm and occassionally an mp5. They loot just like regular players. Maybe they could spawn with little 2x2 shacks with a few spikes and a chest full of AI loot.
Yes... Since we are hosting with HFB we are unable to just "update our furnace". We are stuck waiting for a proper patch.

Anyone who says that they have updated their server, and has Rust ++ working is just advertising their server as its not working
Alright, so the new Rust update about combo lock broke something. I will be releasing a quick fix for it.
Just to confirm, RUST++ may partially work if you update now, im certain door sharing should break, and id highly recommend not using it until we release 1.5 today with fixes to everything this new patch brought us. with Magma, as EquiFox17 said, it is a stand alone modding platform, you will install Magma via the mod manager, then you will download our RUST++ plugin (which is still a huge mod built into one package) and drop that into a plugins folder. you then have standalone RUST++ again. you also have the option to download other peoples plugins and drop them in whenever you want. I believe Oxide plugins break on major updates due to existing API changes all the time, this wont be the case with Magma as we plan for backwards compatibility.

For clarity there has only been 1 breaking API change in Oxide, and I don't plan to have any more any time soon. Anyway enough off-topic, it will be interesting to see what you guys come up with for Magma, new mods and APIs can only help improve the replay-ability value.

Tried to update and restart the server, nobody can go in game. It will connect, load, but then give you the boot at the last second.

Last server update, HFB posted on here they'd updated everything within a few hours.
their pretty good to me so i do not mind witing a few hours
