^^ Cant wait for that one!!
We'll release it with the next leatherloader update.
Request if its ever seen.... allow whitelist and a grey list. Basically people are allowed to join for x minutes then kicked. That way they can join, see a server message to pm or register at a forums to be whitelisted.
door sharing coming tonight guys :) got it working on my own version.
Looking forward to it, would love to have a chat on steam some time.
Looking forward to door sharing! /players doesn't seem to work on my server Do you think you can control hunger? Like make callories go down x2 or x4 times faster
There is a value listed as "rust/traits/character/default/metabolism" in the server files, so it seems likely that can be done at some point :) It might be more difficult to change the situational multipliers (e.g, how much faster it goes down when you're cold, or chopping wood), but an overall multiplier (x0.5, x2, x4 etc) probably isn't far off. xEnt, I've had a hell of a time just getting an Australian GSP to agree to allow modded files - they're looking at your v1.1 source now I think, I'd better let them know to check out 1.2 instead! ;) Fantastic progress mate.
v1.3 is out guys! door sharing, enjoy!
v1.3 is out guys! door sharing, enjoy!
THANK YOU!
Fantastic mod, time to load it out to clients :)
oops put managed folder inside mods. fixed it up, re-download
configurable_airdrops=true airdrop_interval=20 amount_of_airdrops=1
Your default made my server shit a brick, haha. I am assuming the interval is in milliseconds?

configurable_airdrops=true airdrop_interval=20 amount_of_airdrops=1
Your default made my server shit a brick, haha. I am assuming the interval is in milliseconds?
Oops yeah
I've just updated our server and looks to be working fine. It does seem that the notice's are now being spammed every ~30 seconds (I've tried setting it to 15 and 30 minutes). Is this a bug, or is my server just going weird on its own?
For me, everything from Known Issues down, on the entire first page, can't be seen. Edit: It's all just gray where there should be the text. I can see and read everything in print preview, but it doesn't help with the link. Can anyone post the link to the download?
Why is Assembly-CSharp.dll now a part of this mod, was not in the former versions. Edit: Dooh, I did not see the answer in the topmsg, stupid me.
For long I was wondering what was causing the fact that I couldn't connect to the server after installing this mod. After several restarts and attempts to get it working, I found this. Well yeah, the airdrops apparently happen a bit too often by default?
Seems like HFBServers dont like the new .dll? Please answer. If so I switch the host.
Seems like HFBServers dont like the new .dll? Please answer. If so I switch the host.
I thought that at first too, look in your config for
configurable_airdrops=true airdrop_interval=20 amount_of_airdrops=1
Change the interval to something like, 1800000 for an airdrop every half hour.
Could someone re-post the link to the download, please? I can't see it.
So your on HFBServers and Rust++ 1.3 works for you? (Including /share) ? [editline]6th January 2014[/editline]
Could someone re-post the link to the download, please? I can't see it.
First post mate :)
So your on HFBServers and Rust++ 1.3 works for you? (Including /share) ? [editline]6th January 2014[/editline] First post mate :)
I know. But as I stated a few posts up, most of that page is just gray. Edit: Never mind. I had someone playing another game come here and give it to me.
While connecting with changed .dll on HFBServer: http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/450657989624315853/736FAB90120607E2FB00762326A5ED8CC2CFFB86/
I know. But as I stated a few posts up, most of that page is just gray. Edit: Never mind. I had someone playing another game come here and give it to me.
Welcome to internet explorer
Welcome to internet explorer
Well, this is the first time I've ever had the problem, and I've used IE for 15 years.
Well, this is the first time I've ever had the problem, and I've used IE for 15 years.
I ran into the same thing. I've been having more issues with IE now than Chrome. Chrome works fine :-\ Anyways, HFB says my server is running, but I can't connect after installing this? Getting an "Object reference" error. Any ideas? Thanks! Ninja edit: Same as gambit above. Did anyone save the original DLL file? I forgot to back that one up :-\ I backed up maindata though.
Post the log files
Getting an "Object reference" error.
Ignore that part, it will always show that when there's a connection failure of some kind, whether the server refused the connection, timed out, couldn't authenticate, etc etc... the important information is in the error just before it (in this case, a simple ConnectionFailed). Have you checked the port etc is the same? Maybe you overwrote a config file somewhere which dictates that? Assuming you're using a copy-pasted net.connect line. Also, I'm really excited about these mod developments :D Sucks that I need to sleep now... but come the morning it's Rust all the way baby ;)
Without changed .dll - Works fine on HFBServer With changed .dll - Does not work anymore http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/450657989624315853/736FAB90120607E2FB00762326A5ED8CC2CFFB86/

I tried copying the DLL from my steam/rust folder to my server and still a no-go. I am also on HFB. The pvp options and stuff match my original config file, do I have to delete those lines from that file?

It worked for me with 1.2 well - it works with 1.3 too but only without the .dll :D Maybe I should switch the hoster..
