if your having issues with your server, post the output_log.txt file and ill check in the morning. i also reuploaded it with config file changed for airdrops not getting spammed!

Just did a steam update, which made my server show back up. I'll report back if it works now.
EDIT: This fixed it. Run the steam update, then redo your maindata and such. Works just fine :-) Thanks!

I can confirm that it will, check your airdrop interval in the .cfg
It is set to 20, that is in milliseconds, convert whatever timer you want it to have to milliseconds, or you can set it to false. Then you will be able to startup.
Please add Anti Cheat or smt like that for hackers :)

You have to shut down / close the server before you can overwrite the file.
I think there is a bug:
notice_enabled=true // if you want to enable server notices popping up
notice_interval=900000 // time in milliseconds, how often do you want to spam your server with this notice? (i recommend 15 minutes (900000 milliseconds) minimum)

With this configuration it spam the whole time each 30 sec the notice and didn't stop!

After modifying the rust++ config file how I'd want it anyway, it seems to work just fine, so the problem seems to be in your default settings.
Edit: Also getting the notice spam though, like others, while set at 1800000.
