keylock system is amazing. to be completely honest. the keylock system should be the only system and their should be no code locks at all.

keep the keylock system. add the ability to customize and name keys.

Yep, that is necessary, without code locks the game is too hard.
I hope we will have hardcore, normal, easy servers in future, also statistics and ranking.

Here is a better idea to offset this and I think it's more interesting and along the lines of TF2 hats and cs:go weapons.

Make the blueprints tied to your steam account just like your character race/color. Have them obviously be much much more rare with the most rare like c4 and guns being almost impossible to find. I know there are some gun or knife models in cs:go that cost thousands of real dollars because of how rare they are. Basic things like this door lock should be something you can get in your first few days of playing based on rarity.
