Just wondering if it is possible to have a few additions in a future update.
It would be awesome for F1 console to allow the up arrow to pull up the previous console command ran.
Also I think it would be helpful to server administrators to have more detailed logging in console.
It would be great to see who was killed by what and with what. It would also be awesome to have logs of what items people are crafting/using in the world.
I'd also like to ask if there is a time period to which to which community run servers can be hosted on own dedicated boxes. As a community administrator it is costly to have to purchase an additional resource through a third party when we have to cover server costs for other games on our dedicated box. With fewer and fewer games supporting dedicated hosting it is becoming increasingly difficult to run a community financially in today's day and age.

Need to be able to see logs of things done in server, such as "Johnny has a blown a wall in Sussies fort, this was against the rules, Johnny has been bad" Now assuming you physically witness Johnny being bad, and has done something against TOS such as hacking. His name is &$&W%YY%*MOARWEIRDSYMBOLS
To ban his steam ID, you must figure out what all the symbols are to use rcon. There should be a way to see the players in the server and copy there name.

i mean last 3 servers admins abusing like hell and after we are raid them we got banned.
Now we have our own server and people dont trust us.
it will be nice to show any admin abuse to remove from server cfg or something

Have emailed and Pm'ed seeking access to server files to run a dedicated server without reply, So posting here also!
Have a dedicated box in Au, Syd waiting. Waiting for access to files. ( Australia is being left behind in terms of server quality, all we have are VPS shared hosting servers that lag, badly soon as they hit 50% capacity...)
200 slots on a VPS, Australia says, NO.
No one but official hosting companies are allowed to run servers during the Alpha. Dedicated or not, if you're not a game server hosting company, you're shit out of luck for now and that's simply the way it's going to be.

Do they have to sign an NDA? As far as I know there is only 1 company in AU offering servers. I cant see how the lack of competition is a good thing for server owners, and players alike. It is only good for that one particular company that has been approved to host servers and make money and no one else.
So I would be interested to hear a little more about the reasoning behind this approach they have taken, and if it will be changing soon.

when is it possible to bind a single ip to one server ? So each Server has it own IP ? It says it's bound to the IP Address but then its not accessable trough this ip, but trough the standard server IP.

Right now, the reason doesn't matter. If you're not an official game hosting server, you'll have to wait patiently like everybody else.
If no one official responds to pms, threads, or emails, How do you actually contact them to talk or discuss things like this? Or for server hosts to get in touch with them.

And I know they have a job to do, As I am part the reason to funding said job, As is every other person who bought the game. Not sure why you think they need someone to speak for them, But Ive done what I came to do, Posted here in case this is a thread they are reading and maybe they will get back to me and others asking questions about servers, its a forum.. right?
