I can almost 99% say you dont have AHK installed correctly but without actually seeing, I cannot grant that extra 1%.
EDIT:
Try running it as Administrator by right clicking the app. This should solve the issue. I need to repack it with Admin prompt it looks like.

This App looks fantastic but for some reason i cant get anything to work I ran both programs as admin but Rust CC opens a menu in windows 8.1 asking if i want to download a program to run it. Do i need to link it to Autohotkey some how or to the game even?
I'm an idiot then, I have both installed and RustCC does not do anything besides try to look for a app to run it when i try to use a command. Does it make a difference that i have a 64bit OS?

I found the link and was able to download the program. When i referred to link i was asking if i have to link the programs together somehow so they know each other are there. Ive installed both programs, Auto Hot key seems fine but RustCC does not seem to be communicating with it in game.
Edit: Are these programs standalone? Or are there files i need to upload to my server to get them to work?
