While it's not very popular, I always prefer having [B]Canadian[/B]/British english over the American spelling of stuff. (It'd be happy to translate it, even if I'm the only one :v:)

If you start up experimental, you can already enjoy the fruits of your work :smile:. In the main menu there is the language selection on the bottom right. Not everything is implemented yet but I see that some of it is there.
