VAC Banned?

Its been said numerous times, but have another: Facepunch has ZERO authority with regards to VAC bans. If it seriously was a freak incident of a VAC False Positive, you have to take it up with Valve. The person who said to dispute it on Facepunch moreso said so so people wouldn't bombard it with how its "undetectable" cheats were in fact detected and banned for after a delay period. Next time you let your Capybara play something on your Steam account(assuming you play the "it wasn't me using the hacks" card) make sure they aren't using hacks. And all that other stuff too.

i played candy and angry birds with speedcheat, i forgot CheatEngine open and played rust... now i contacted steam about that.

its not right, rust is a game still in alpha! maybe do a warning message that something is wrong before ban?

I've also had cheat engine on my PC, still do, and as you'll see I only have one VAC ban, a long time ago, on MW2.

Well there already is a pretty advanced warning system in place.
"Warning This server is protected by Valve Anti Cheat. If you cheat you will be banned from all servers [B]permanently[/B]".

Maybe when you load into the game 25% of the screen can be a warning that cheaters are permanently banned?

omg... i read that! but the problem is.... i dont use cheats on rust! im only asking why im banned, because ad admin teleported me? because cheat engine is detectable? im not a cheater i have about 40 hours on rust with 4 my friends, we're on a modded server because the officials was full or slow. i want play for the game i payed for! i know the steam rules i have some other games on steam and i never use cheats! is not fun.
hope someone understand what im saying

The whole "an admin teleported me, it must have registered as a speed hack" excuse is getting REALLLY old. VAC can tell the difference between a speed hack and admin commands.

sure let the ppl who defend player from cheaters, warn the cheaters so they can turn of the hack, optimize it, and then come back... sure..

the onely reason why so much ppl cry about beeing "False banned" is becouse VAC is so effective AND dont tells you when, why and for What they get you exactly that makes it hard for hack developer to find out what spot vac detectet of thair software.

did u all remember the time before 1000 confirmed vac bans? noone was safe (exept me whitlistet server ;P) now the hackers are nearly gone and the abusive admins are the new hackers :) i love that
