New option : you can now prefix (if you want ...) SERVER CONSOLE messages with your nickname. If several admins are connected through the console, players can know who is talking.

Refresh still doesn't seam to work. Besides that great tool.
floyd i wouldnt worry about rusty he seemed to give up on it
not updating much, i like your version much better
New version.
- RustAdmin now saves the disconnected players in a separated list. If a user disconnects from the server, he is added to this list. If he reconnect, he is moved from the disconnected list to the connected list. You can easyly find a player who connected to your server.
- I have added a Steam ID converter. Sometimes you have the steam ID64 and sometimes the standard steam ID into the logs. You can easyly convert from one to other type.
- I have also added a button to clear the console, as it was asked by some of you.

The program already supports utf-8. The server sends utf-8 strings. There are a lot of special characters on your screenshot. They are displayed correctly. For those which are not it must be another encoding.
I have tested with the player 76561198027084161 and his name is correctly displayed. Maybe the problem is on your OS.
Until this supports the Normal version of Rust instead of Legacy, its usefulness is limited and diminishes each day.

It is compatible with both legacy and experimental versions.

And you are rude to a young man who is developing this tool for free. Whether or not you prefer it, remember, it is useful to others, and he is using his own time and money to develop and show it to us.
It may actually be working better than Rust itself at times.

Thank you ! That said, rust is such a more complex program than mine :)
Thank you for developing. :)
I hope it helps. Tell me if you want a feature or if you have some issues :) For the moment I have not a lot of feedback from the facepunch community. No news is good news ? :p
I think the issue with no feedback is a couple of things. Now, don't get angry, I am far from a mean person.
A: The thread title. I know it was discussed earlier in this thread, but I think it would be helpful if you could ask a moderator to edit the title.
B: The recent DDOS attacks and malformed packet attacks are leaving folks a might skittish over downloading anything that is new and requires passwords to servers. I can see you are form France and that English is not your first language, but folks others just look at the English you do use (not knocking it, you are quite good) and warning bells go off as well. Common paranoia. Get your tinfoil hat.
I will be using it, since I am pretty much always connected to mine and able to quickly take it down before there are any issues.
I hope your program doesn't store passwords in plain text, like Rust's server does.

Yes my english is not very good but I do my best :) If you want to suggest me others sentences I would appreciate. But I know that you are not here to learn me english language :)
Concerning the topic's title I asked someone to edit it. I now wait his answer.
Concerning passwords, RustAdmin store them in the file cfg_<your config name>.ini it stores password in plaintext but I will never ask you this file so it stays on your computer. The password is not traced in the log files. If you want me to crypt it anyway, that's possible.
I think that is a reasonable feature request. Security is a must. If it isn't too hard to implement that is.

Ok I will do this even if this won't add a lot of security. The server doesn't accept crypted password so I still must send it in plain text. If someone spies the connection he will be able to get your password.
[editline]27th October 2014[/editline]
RustAdmin now stores encrypted password. Don't manually edit the config file. Your password will be encrypted the next time you load the configuration.

RustAdmin can now ban an IP (and if you want it also bans the associated steam ID)
Update Notice : If you want to keep your previous configurations, just copy and replace RustAdmin.exe, rustadmin_en.qm and the three files with .css extension.

There is no unban command on experimental yet. That's why the feature doesn't work.
i'll try to check for é à ....
I'm waiting, thanks!

msvcr100.dll missing. Just did a fresh install of windows 7 prof on my PC, installed VC++2013, still getting error. Even manually installed the DLL into the system32 folder, and getting the error. Any ideas? Was working amazingly on Windows 8.1, just couldn't take the crap with 8.1 anymore.
I'm stumped. Installing X64, I get missing the msvcr100.dll when I open this application.
If I install the x86, I get this http://prntscr.com/54j74a
This is only happening with this application (as far as I know) Rusty is running w/o any issues (but may run differently by what I'm guessing)

New version :
- New translations : Spanish and Dutch (thanks TiNGuiLiLLo and larso)
- New teleport locations added to the default file (thank you ShadowKilla)
If you don't want to loose your locations, don't replace the file locations.ini.
- Fixed bad anti highping behavior. Avoid mass kick when a lot of players are connecting in a short while (as after a server reboot for example).

Hum ... I don't understand why you say that russian language is not supported. RustAdmin supports UTF-8 so russian language should be supported ?
