I have tried many things to fix this error but I consistently get it still.
I have tried:
*install directx from rust folder
* reinstall game
* check integrity of game

Have you installed/reinstalled [URL="https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=8328"]Visual C++[/URL]?
