at the very least a good admin will need screen shots, video would be great i mean this was going on for weeks right ? and not one screen shot. no one thought to fraps this continuous marathon of 2 weeks? of hacking.
you didn't witness it yourself you made that clear you said you decision was based solely of the volume of complaints and didn't think it odd that there wasn't one screen shot, not 1 video.

where were you while all this was going on ? somehow not noticing the entire server screaming hax all day for 2 weeks ? not even a screen shot of the accusations that had to be flooding global chat ? PM's? and yet there is nothing and that was enough for you. so you took no action to provide any kind of proof because you required none just the tears of new/bad players to kick the people who where trying to help you build your server.
P.S. i don't know if Doctor is reading this but if you are we all had a great time fighting you and good luck not getting banned now that we are out of the picture :3

I see him ask you to break up your group, which was a good idea to be frank, since you dominated 3/4ths the server and were driving away new players. That entire conversation looks like a warning. Where's the conversation that you have involving an actual banning?
What's most telling to me is the excuses. "We did that to doc because he was running around killing people for no reason"... uhm, so do you guys? What's the difference between you and them?

Your proving out point scynix. We weren't notified that we were banned and the proof u see is that there is no reason in that imgur for us to get banned. Yes we were asked to break up our group however were we given the chance to? no we weren't.
Also you bring up an excellent point! There is no difference between us and doc so why were we banned instead of them? We didn't complain about the unfairness of the server even when we were killed in the game. Ok we had a large portion of our group there but can you honestly prove we were driving people away? What do you have to show for this?
I get your not against us but please understand that rue wronged us and we did have fun on the server. We enjoyed it however his unfair actions caused us to respond because as you saw in the imgur there was no reason there for him to ban us aside from complaints from others. We are insulting his lack of character and his lack of reasoning with a group that was loyal to him. At least try to understand that. U make it seem like we are the bad guys when we just want justice.

Where did we say we had chat of us being banned the fact that there is none is proof of the abuse. we were (all 15 of us)Banned with no warning and no cause other then he said she said as proof.

Warning of a actual banning in Soviet RUEssia Warnings are a privilege reserved for only the most obvious of hackers.Like infamous Zombie.
break up our group ? nowhere does he ask this of us but that is our oppinion too.You are aware we got banned for "Hacking" right? .Warning is to strong of a word in this case since we were banned and he never said we would be.
also we toned it down as he asked but it wasn't enough apparantly. we were only given a few hours before the ban took place with no warning.
Yet a few hours later 15 people where banned mostly in their sleep. attempts to contact Rue came with the surprise he has also unfriended and blocked everyone.
Clearly showing the ban was carried out with extreme prejudice and no desire to explain his actions to any one of the 15 banned people innocent or not.
this is what we all believe it is about even against all his many YOS HACKERS claims. we would of left the server had he asked just 1 time for the reasons that we were too big but that never happen.
in fact at the end of that post he even jokingly says "GO AND DO MY BIDDING".

The issue here isn't that we got banned its the way he carried out the ban with no warning and on trumped up charges.
there was no hacker and yet we get thrown out of a server with no warning or explanation based solely on the charges of 1 or more people hacking.He removed us from his friends list because he didn't want
to confront us over what he had done because he knew it was bs
we had a good relationship with him before this it blew most of our minds when it happen with absolutely no warning.
end of the day there was nothing fair or responsible about the way he handled this situation and THAT is what this is about.
