There's a reason Steam doesn't ban people for accusations of hacking. It's because anyone can claim this, and it may have nothing to do with hacking.
If some Kid gets pissed you killed him and goes on the forums a crys about a "Hacker" killing him, it's not exactly the most reliable source of info.

true, unless there is undeniable evidence. lets say if a LOT of people are claiming that one is hacking, and they even have video evidence... then its another story
whenever someone gets banned, a beta-key should be placed somewhere random in the forums. that would be intresting, and hackers would be sad while legit players are happy :D

I hate hackers they are so bad i mean they have to use hacks to take the fun out of the game. I mean do they really want to be hated that bad. And killing people with hacks takes the fun out of the game i mean the raw pvp is what makes the game fun :D #Hackershavnoskill

If you really want to stream but this guy keeps fucking it up try delaying your stream by 10 minutes or so (assuming he is using the stream to find you) it might make it harder to talk to your viewers while streaming but at least you will be able to play.
