I'm not sure if this belongs here or not but I am having issues with Rust experimental. I play the game and the framerate is just awful. Even at the lowest possible settings I still get around 20 fps. My specs are: Intel Core i7-4700MQ 2.4GHz Nvidia GT 740M 8GB Ram What do I do to get a better framerate?

You're on a laptop, aren't you? Their hardware is normally pretty shit.

Getting bored of posting this, but can someone investigate my broken chat? In-game chat was working on installation. Changed default Key settings - I cannot play with 'WASD' etc, etc. In-Game Chat no longer works, I can get the chat box, I can type, but <RETURN> the send key does not work. VERY Frustrating!

Hi Guys, I'm just wondering, In future will there be more Native support for Eyefinity 3 Screen Displays? Currently the FOV Slider only allows an 85 Degree FOV, Which is logical as it would become an exploit for a higher state on a single monitor, Although 27" Tri-Screen would require a 120Degree FOV.... I understand there has been GFX Fixes as well as FPS Improvements is FOV and TriScreen Updates on the tables? Nice Work Guys. Keep It Up! Cheers
Hey gary, the latest update has just gone up, but i've noticed a water glitch on rustville. You can't seem to surface from the water, and in the middle of the day, its at a freezing temperature, which really sucks as i like to build water bases :)

Not sure if its considered a bug but barrels spawn around caves.
pretty sure this is the right spot. We've found a issue with the new grass. If it appears on a overhang, or above a cave on the procedural maps, its streches down really far causing a nasty visual glitch. at first we thought it was just a spot like one of the trees that has a poly explosion every once n awhile, but after a admin went under the map in a grassy area, they stated the same thing happens there. seems to be a persistant issue with any grassy area. so if rocks overhang and there is grass on top, the grass stretches down giving nasty visuals. Its not related to the type of video card, we have people with ATI and Nvidia cards experiencing the same thing. Everyone we've asked if they can see it, see it. Anyhow we thought you might like to know so you can fix it, sure its something simple :)

I was just wanting to inform you that campfires full of meat and wood have a tendency to disappear! Second... I would like to suggest the development team to work on triangle roof block, and a triangle block! Third...maybe an option pops out to the side of the roof piece in the pie that show the triangle piece???
Is it intentional for roof piece to have invisible collision where it shouldn't?

Is researching a bit broken on dev? Just wondering, some people on main said they couldn't research incendiary pistol ammo, but I could (on dev)... well, I failed, but it was researchable. So there seem to be differences between dev and main still. Now I'm trying to research Code Lock for some newcomers, but I've failed 9 times now (leaving them thinking I might be taking advantage of them bringing me the resources) ... Is it possible research is broken a bit? Or is it just bad luck? Anyway, researching the ammo types should really be in main. [B]Edit:[/B] 10th time's the charm. Never mind that part. The part about incendiary ammo apparently not being researchable on main isn't really a dev issue, so... how do I delete a post? I can only edit it seems

Hi! Whenever I try to start Rust, there's a window popping up saying: "rust.exe has stopped working", then it dissapears after a few seconds. I have tried Verifying integrity of game cache and re-installing it several times, but no fix I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. My PC specifications are: CPU: AMD FX-6300 GPU: GTX 570 RAM: 8GB My GPU drivers are up to date, and I do not have any problems playing other games on Steam. GeForce Game Ready Driver Verision: 353.06
Actually texture in rust flickering (exemple in desert) : 2 screenshoots take under 2 angles different but very approach (sry for my bad english ^^) [url]http://i.imgur.com/0Kdbw69.jpg[/url] [url]http://i.imgur.com/do8XoQE.jpg[/url] I think this bug degrade very many performance when we change "biome" (fps drop). It's related on other topic (1 or 3 fps)
