What exactly is your problem, and when does it happen?
Are you experiencing this while on main branch, too?
(that is, if you actually are on the development branch - check your game settings in steam: right click rust -> settings -> betas - does it say development or none?)
I dont want to sound bitchy but the tool cupboard not extending below is making building on slopes an exceptional pain in the ass.

Hi I had been playing rust on my home connection and I recently moved into college and am now on a university connection and every time I launch Rust it fails to launch and I get a failed to connect to easyanticheat server message. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas why I am getting this on the new connection? Thanks

A lot of things are unrealistic... Most of them to enhance the player experience. Try building an oil rig in real life with just some basic resources - it's gonna take you a couple of thousand times the amount of time it does in Rust. Likewise, the decay of buildings is massively sped up, and that's, in part, to remove unused player structures that would clutter up the server, and in part, to keep players on their toes.
That being said, I would [B]certainly agree[/B] if you'd said "[B]Slow down decay a bit[/B]!" because it makes it impossible for players with a time exhaustive job to play the game. 9, 10 hrs of work alone, plus commute, plus some luxury like sleep, might have your base be completely destroyed. This might see many players leave.
Many players can't play Rust every day, and being forced to certainly takes the fun out of it.
Let's be honest, it's not necessary to cull structures that quickly for the server. And if it is, the code needs to be reworked, not the players forced to quit either their job - or playing.
I'm hoping to see some relaxing on decay as well, both on the delay and on the duration
Hello! Is there any chance to add new type of resource? Im talking about coal, coal from mines< for big furnance. And u can set them(Big furnance) to work on that type of resouce much better, than wood. THank you.

I had this same issue, wasted hours trying to resolve the issue, reinstalled EAC, verify files, updates ect, so last ditched effort was to delete local files and reinstall Rust, it took an hour, morel of the story, just reinstall, shouldnt have to, im not sure what the cause is, but it works,
Please, for the love of whatever you hold dear, the new camera shake when using the stone hatchet is horrendous. It is physically giving my a headache. I have to look away from the screen while i chop wood or else i physically hurt. I actually had to stop playing the game last time the camera sway was bad when resource gathering, then it got fixed and i came back.
TL;DR Stop with stone hatchet camera sway, you're making people ill.

Hm, for me (lower mid-end), the recent update has improved performance
ok today the game asked me to update and i updated its on OPT out
and then i try to join facepunch ireland and i can't why

After some of the latest patches disappeared shadows, but if choose Rust DirectX 9 shadows there.
I'm using the latest intel and nvidia video drivers.

Why the game won't load a server, it's been like a month or 2 since i've played because of this issue.
the game open and i choose a server to play in but when it begin to load it take several minutes and then the game just close itself or crash my computer anyone can help?
yeah I have a vey serious problem. my pc keeps crashing because of rust and only rust my graphics car is Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti and I use windows 7 x 64 bit, so my game crashes randomly when I enter a server , any server. my screen goes black then the sound goes all weird and when I restart my pc there is a crash report that says blue screen error, I always update my drivers and the game put it keeps happening I tried to change the resolution, the quality, I changed it to full screen to windowed nothing works I uninstalled and reinstalled. this is my 4th time re-installing I dont know what else can I do non of my friends have this problem. please help me about it I love this game and I want to be able to play it with my friends so bad. please help me .....
Garry, I been wanting to ask this question for a long time. When will you start optimizing the game to make it run smoother with better FPS, I am aware that it is still alpha but people with good gaming pc are having trouble running this game.

I am having a couple issues, one is the graphics, since the last couple dev updates I cannot see clearly the signs to create, by paint, my own design in game. Its all blurry (also get rid of the bright spot of light reflection while in paint mode, makes it hard to be creative). Also I noticed that the avatar's of players in chat are blurry also. Secondly whats up with the house like rad building. Y'all closed the garage door off, yet we cannot get through the only open door. Its like the building has sunk or is half buried in dirt. Yet I can still see boxes inside to loot. Either lift the buildings or open the garage back up. Whats the point of having a rad town if its worthless to even go there. Oh I got it, maybe Y'all are going to introduce little people on the next update, LOL. Love what you guys are doing keep up the good work. While I have the floor, can we get some glove skins?? Got great stuff going with pants, shirts, jackets, and boots, but still nothing for the hands but default doe skin brown.
Hello there. My in-game username is Brian Scalabrine. I am having issues with connecting into the Toronto - Development server. I have played on the server several hours ago with no issues connecting. Now, every time I try to connect, I get the message: "Disconnected: You are already connected!". I have read online that the host needs to kick the "ghost" in order for me to join. Also, I have lost some of the items I've learned from blueprints. I had the acoustic guitar and metal face mask learned yesterday, but when I logged on today, both items were not on my crafting list. Thank you

i have noticed a glitch with the signs.
after i made 3 awesome signs last night i locked them then i logged out and logged back in and the signs show up blank as if they were new signs but still locked and non editable.
also the bloodied hoodie doesn't show up it is also blank.
