This is one of the best videos I have seen. A long, epic battle. So many dead bodies. The heros are 3 guys defending their base. It's long, and is slow in a few places - but shows off classic rust in a long battle. The action starts around 5:00 and goes to the end of the video.

How about you fix this HUGE problem in rust right now. This is a game breaking glitch that needs to be fixed!!!

1. Open Rust and join a server, then find the building you want to glitch into and push up right against the wall. Make sure you have a sleeping bag in your inventory. Then close Rust

2. With Notepad++ locate the Steam folder go to Steamapps/Common/Rust/Bundles and find a file called ngcconfiguartion.000.unity3d and open it.

3. Press Ctrl+F and search for 'WoodWall' and change the last letter to 1 so it should be 'WoodWal1'

4. Save it and open Rust through Steam and join the same server. The wall to the base should be gone.

Get as close as you can to the base without glitching back and you are able to place your sleeping bag. Once your sleeping bag is placed press F1 and type 'suicide' you will then spawn on top of your sleeping bag inside of the building you can the do whatever you want from there on. Remember there is no way of getting back out. Once you have finished what you are doing go ahead and change the 'WoodWal1' back to 'WoodWall' and save it.

I read this post "http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1413691" and after seeing the writer digress too, I thought the main idea is excellent.
just a workbench.
choose the concept you want to build.
a weapon [category: long / medium / reach] or weapon [category: melee]
placed the materials you have and if available a recipe with these materials and have the level of knowledge necessary to learn how to create the object. If the combination is incorrect you lose a portion of the base materials or if the combination is correct but very few materials, durability will be lower. to increase the difficulty of creating you can create a tree of knowledge to avoid if you have the materials and workbench can creaar the best weapons without going through the basic.

if you steal someone an object. you can always learn a toolbox, but the cost of knowledge that the object will be destroyed :)
I hope to read your ideas and comments, and if it is not too much to ask the developers considerate this option

Experimental rust banter, we had to fight and build to get to the airdrop hundreds of feet above the ground this process took over an hour after falling off and being killed by several people!
