I'm not a mod so no sky views sorry. The camera was really glitchy for me for some reason, so a lot of shots came out like shit. I can't use signs as they cause me to crash or there would be far more detail. Ships would have wheels, anchors and names. Dead and live fish would be scattered across the docks etc etc. I also kinda stopped building it after the last patch since, my terrain became all white (no grass, no dirt, no sand ... just white). I'd like to have expanded outside the walls more etc. Hope you enjoy.

[B]THUNDERDOME IS REAL.[/B]
Me and a group of friends (credits at the end) built an arena on Facepunch Seattle in order to have people compete to the death for our amusement. It was a dream that started last wipe when another group on the server was recruiting scrubs using an indentured servitude program to join them. I figured if people would do that to join a community surely they would compete in combat like gladiator for loot, honor, and glory. The community has really supported the endeavor like I never imagined.
The first night two naked men went against a fully armored stone spear wielder. The spear won, we gave the champion a Revolver BP and Pistol Amo BP.
The second night was our first bracket, we had 4 competitors. The victors of the first two fights faced off against each other. This THUNDERDOME even had a community member sponsored C4 BP as the prize.
The third was the same bracket as the second night except this time the victor of games declined his loot and sited honor, glory, and a grudge against another competitor.
Friday Fight Night In THUNDERDOME: 6 men enter, Queen Elsa walks away victorious. Hungergames style combat, all gladiators run in naked and loot boxes that contain mixed weapons like a grenade, eoka pistol, spear, and the Ice Pick which reigned supreme.

He's evidently got just a little prior art experience under his belt, but apparently the new Rust paint tool rivals things like Photoshop just fine. :D
I just wish I could knock my graphics quality up a notch higher without crashing my laptop so I could get clearer images.
Anyways, I thought this was definitely worth sharing, and Hao was all for it. I feel things like this could really change the culture of the game. Rust is already something unique among anything I've ever played, and it's only getting better.

Hello! So there is a popular trend going on in the world known as "Just Girly Things". It is where there is some sort of picture, usually with a couple of girls or a sunset and there is text stating some sort of thing that girls like to do. Since this is such an easy thing for people to make fun of and make parodies of it, many people actually have. So I took it to a whole new level, and brought one of those parodies to Rust! The conclusion of this event is show in the video link below. I wanted to capture core aspects of the game, and the natural craziness that sometimes goes on in Rust, while also making fun of the "Just Girly Things" trend. I hope you enjoy the video!

I've noticed a lot of massive towering rectangle bases in Rust and it's pretty sad. A few basic shapes can go a long way if you get a little creative. I like to make my rectangle armored core and then spice it up. It may end up not being as safe, but fuck if it doesn't LOOK good.

P.S. Please fix stability. I mostly play this game to build, and the stability system makes no freaking sense half the time. Players should be able to understand and predict how stability works in order to be effective builders. As it stands, i have no clue why this wall has 14% stability when the floor and wall under it have 86%.

We were building a castle on a hill and then someone suggested we make a great wall around it. Things got out of hand. This is one continuous wall with no breaks in it. 4 1/2 minutes from end to end. on GuardianHQ server.

Alright so I thought of an idea that I think the developers of rust might take interest in implementing, I think after killing a player you should be able to take body parts from them such as their head, legs, and arms and create a effigy. I think people could put them around their base as a warning or just for fun because I'm sure everyone wants to decorate their home with the dead bodies of their enemies.
