The couple times I had payment issues in the past with Steam I received responses and resolution quite promptly. He started the thread to get advice about a technical error with a Steam purchase...and btw, he has already posted the unnecessary proof of purchase before you even started posting. Stahhhhhhhhhhp. I mean seriously, you searched the entire thread for the "evidence" you needed to prove something that everyone already knew and the OP admitted. pretty much all speculation. Truth is you have no clue what they actually banned you for specifically(everyone knows they don't tell you the reason), so it could have been all or none of those things, but hey at least your admitting your mistake.
- side note - nvidia and ati cards come with software to easily alter gamma settings.
