With rust dynasty we raided this group where this guy was friendly with us and the other was a close friend of ours. We chose to be in a group, we can't limit our groups growth because of people knowing people... Quit whining and enjoy the game, stay away from us. Darn I wish I was back at home and was still playing :(
I don't mind kill on sight. If they're able to get me, then they deserve the kill. You do what you do to survive.

Last time when I came in to contact with a Dynasty player all they did was not respond to my Voice chat and spams M4's at me.
We kill the majority on sight for many reasons. It has been all over FP forums and DayZ threads. Killing on sight is an issue to some people, and they have very valid reasons to an extent. But choosing to create this thread that you passively bitch about us killing others right after talking to us in teamspeak is pathetic. We can do what we want in the game, I think you know this. But also know you are on our KOS list for sure now.

Kids will be kids and the game dynamics almost force you to KOS. I've never KOS in my life but find myself doing it in this game because the alternative is for the other guy to always get the first shot and you likely die. I wanted to be friendly but the game made me a ice coold murder but I have see some friendlies :)

Kill or be killed world.
I usually do not shoot on sight only because after doing it so many times or only doing it it makes the game boring, if i need something from another player and feel i must kill them for it i might but if you can befriend someone it works out better in the end so you dont get shot ot and you have someone backing you up

The only way to "fix" killing on sight is to make it otherwise better to not kill that person. Taking captives might get rid of killing fresh spawns, and the only way to fix the rest of the kill on sight is to put in penalties for doing it, or fixing the reason to need to.

Maybe we should have an isolation zone where new players can learn and build in peace without getting murdered by some seasoned player with an already fully upgraded set of tools. Or maybe make the new players have a temporary immunity to damage, maybe a 3 hour immunity? That should be enough time for new players to make a shelter and get an m9.
Holy shit I am so fucking sick and tired of being killed for no reason whatsoever. I'm so fucking sick of the unbalanced piece of shit this game calls PVP. I had a small hut, spent HOURS gathering shit just to have it all ruined because someone didn't even bother asking and just blew down my door with no hesitation.
i really dont get why soo many people complain. A - its in alpha so everything will change. B - its a game , if you dont like it just go out side. C - if you dont kill the person first then most likely you will get killed regardless of if there friendly or not. so kids if you wanna keep crying about it then just go play minecraft or turn off your pc and go play outside?

[B]B -[/B] The [I]game [/I]isn't real, but the [I]hours [/I]you spend gathering resources are VERY real. Nobody likes spending a lot of time on something only to have it taken away because someone else has a C4 and you're not prepared to defend yourself. [B]C -[/B] And that's not how it should be. There are NO perks to teaming up, unlike a real apocalyptic scenario. It's difficult to see those you've teamed up even when you do. It's shitty. The game is [U]unbalanced[/U]. PVP is dominant because there's no reason not to, but even the PVP is shit because if someone else has an M4 and you don't, you're fucked. If you're a lone guy without a team, you're destined to be brutally murdered within a far too short timespan. Criticizing an unfinished game doesn't make the critique invalid, it should if anything mean even more because the critique should be taken in as feedback. Calling people kids ironically makes you look extremely immature on the matter.

Note I never played rust i'm just saying this from what i've heard and watched. Rust has a lot of end game ideas like building houses and stuff. Which is good. Cause if they didn't it would just turn into the current state of DayZ right now. DayZ is just KOS cause thats all there is to do. But in other mods of DayZ where you can build stuff it's not as quite KOS. Now that they got voice in game for rust I believe this game is going to get a lot more friendly. I was a hero in DayZ a long time back where I didn't kill a single person and had like 15k humanity. But now it's just got boring and I've turned into a bandit who KOS's alot. I know alot of heros in DayZ who turned bandit too. It's just how it is for DayZ at the moment nothing to aim for just shoot people.
