• Got banned off of rust for nothing

I know people can be stupid, but even cheats don't usually put clan tag on cheat forum user names. It's not proof but it's likely. I'm sure we can arrange to compare the IP addresses.
Time2di;44136418']dude im [Grim]Time2die122 not time2die
Definitely never used any other names, right? http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198065317055/namehistory
You'll see Jimmy hop on this thread in a min and do his CSI/FBI shit
So I'm Jimmy now? :v: Also I was sleeping, dammit I can't be here 24/7 as cool as that would be. [editline]5th March 2014[/editline] Also you have a private profile. Totally not suspicious at all, right?
Because it has to be said: Did you use a map overlay? Map overlays are considered "hacks"/"cheats" as far as VAC is concerned. I only bring this up again as some people only consider "using hacks" to be flying around, hitting everyone on the map when you shoot at the floor, aka malicious stuff.
Stop spreading false info, steam does VAC unban you. Even tho most of these guys claiming not to cheat, cheated. You can even see proof of that here in the forum, it happens.
dude all i did was shoot at a guy on a battlefield server and got vac banned for nothing and how are my old names usefull ?
VAC wont ban you instantly, so you didnt get banned for shooting a guy, Its probably for something you did some time ago
and i also never said i never used any other names i just said that im not time2die
Stop spreading false info, steam does VAC unban you. Even tho most of these guys claiming not to cheat, cheated. You can even see proof of that here in the forum, it happens.
I seem to have missed any VAC unbans from Rust, could you be so kind as to point them out?
and also i put only friends can look at my profile its not privt
Time2di;44136541']and i also never said i never used any other names i just said that im not time2die
http://www.loadedcheats.net/forum/member.php/4790-time2die?tab=activitystream&type=all&page=5 so can you explain why this account was made a year ago and used quite recently?
I might repeat someones post, again... Valve Anti Cheat does not ban you for nothing. They have detected a hack, cheat, something what you did in the game, a while ago, now you got banned. It doesnt mean it was right now. The detection could have happened a few days ago when you hacked.
Also, when "hacks" for Rust were a new thing, one of the people who write and sell them told people that their hack was "undetectable". They also said that on the "off chance" they did get VAC'ed to come here and claim VAC made a false positive and you'd get unbanned. Thing is, Facepunch has ZERO AUTHORITY with regards to VAC bans. If you had looked up people who share your "problem" and/or didn't think Rust is run like a korean MMORPG where you can just say "sorry" and all is forgiven, you could have saved yourself from being ridiculed by people here.
So I'm Jimmy now?
Damn, I feel stupid:(
Time2di;44136589']and also who cares if some ones profile is private no one wants some one too spam you [editline]5th March 2014[/editline] and jhonny how am i going to know this ? like wtf [editline]5th March 2014[/editline] and dude i have been playing with clan members on rust and stuff and i have never hacked rust once
Anti Cheat says otherwise.

How the fuck can you people not get my name right, there is literally no H in there. Anyways, you fucking cheated and you know it, stop pretending, you are NOT going to get unbanned. [editline]5th March 2014[/editline]
Damn, I feel stupid:(
At least you aren't as stupid as the OP, feel good about that.

You weren't VAC banned because a server admin banned you from their personal server. You were VAC banned because you altered your game files, likely through a .dll injection you downloaded from a cheat site. Cry more, it only entertains most people here, we can't help you so please cry to Valve so they can remind you VAC is permanent unless it (doubtfully) made a mistake.
Instead of arguing how it isn't you on cheatsites and still trying to convince us how you are innocent despite the fact that Facepunch cannot overturn a VAC ban, just drop it and move on. Uninstall Rust and anything that could seem suspicious, make a new Steam account, re-purchase Rust and try again. No one is going to unban you as no one here has the authority. If you still insist you are innocent, you have to contact Steam Support. The odds of the unbanning your account are very slim though, and THEY WILL NOT SAY THE EXACT THING THAT TRIGGERED THE BAN, for the record.
Time2di;44136524']dude all i did was shoot at a guy on a battlefield server and got vac banned for nothing and how are my old names usefull ?
A VAC ban only affects the game you cheated in, with few exceptions. If you got VAC banned from Rust, you cheated in Rust. Quote from Valve:
Cheating in one of the following Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list and your items from Team Fortress 2 will be removed except any items that have been purchased:
Counter-Strike: Source Half-Life 2: Deathmatch Day of Defeat: Source Team Fortress 2
Cheating in one of the following Gold Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list:
Counter-Strike Condition Zero Ricochet Day of Defeat Team Fortress Classic Half-Life: Deathmatch Deathmatch Classic
Note: Excluding the games listed above, VAC bans will only apply to the game the cheat was detected in. For example, a VAC ban in Modern Warfare 2 will not affect Modern Warfare 3.
He's probably a hacker but in his defense, time2die is pretty common nicname. [del]
Sad, but whatever. Its no VAC ban. You cant blame the admin, its his own server. He can ban everyone he likes. Just go play on a better server :)
Ofcourse you can blame the admin? He's both the one who banned him AND did so without even hearing both sides. In any case, it's the admins fault for somebody being banned from his server >.< (I have nothing to say whether he hacked or not, just responded to your comment) Other than that I totally agree with what you said, too bad and it sucks. Only thing he/she can do is move on and find another server, there's nothing anybody can do about it really (except the admin).[/del] Didn't read it through, apparently he was indeed VAC banned. Just to point it out, the admin had nothing to do with it, he did not even "add you to the list", he/she has no power to affect that "list". Sorry it happened, but I do think you got what you deserved. If you still believe you were wrongfully banned, contact Valve as they explain on their website, this is no Facepunch bussiness.
Time2di;44136008'][Grim]Time2die122 is my steam id and yes it was an VAC ban but i was not hacking tho so i dont understand
I was gonna say oh its fine its just a admin ban just ignore the admin go on a different server. But then you said this. If you are VAC banned you have a 99% for hacking. That 1 percent being a false positive which would be in a wave not single bans. You where hacking you got caught you ahve learned your lesson now go get a new steam profile and buy rust again if you want to play again.
