We have just updated rustmap.net you will now be able to insert your location coordinates which some mods gives you with /location and the map will show you your current location.
There also a new compass in the bottom left corner.

Can't enter text for the markers when using Steam overlay. Not everyone has dual monitors. Would be nice if this was fixed.

The zoom makes my autism go haywire, please give it smaller increments or some sort of smooth zoom scrollbar. I find myself alt-tabbing every couple of minutes to move it around on my second monitor because every reachable zoom level is just a bit too big or small for me.
Make all the UI elements collapsible - once I've checked/unchecked which features I want on the map, the list on the righthand side just sits there taking up space.
The ad bar on the bottom is pretty annoying, it would be nice if it could be set to a vertical sidebar depending on how the user wants to make use of their screen space.

i love the fact that you have a smaller grid which makes it allot more likely to find eachother when agreeing to meet up at a certain grid.
don't bother with the off the map stuff toooo much for now:
1. i build my bases there, the less people know their way the better :)
2. i seem to be the only person on my server doing this :)
