Well, that's definitely a threat, so charge at one of them and kill him, now got a clear angle to get some distance. You don't want to stand still and try to fight them off because they will swarm you.
Run to a gap between 2 tall rocks or similar, forces them to come through that gap, easier target. Shoot one or two and keep running. Repeat with more gaps until they are all dead or have stopped chasing.
Its not that I won't kill nakeds, just not unless I need to (or they are bugging me or something :P)

One time I was in radtown with a buddy and some leather guys came up to me and killed me. Then my friend placed a shack over a loot crate and a door and opened it, then got their attention and ran inside. Generally people see these and think nothing of it. So the leather ran inside to blast my buddy, and he locked him inside. The leather guy was trapped and HIS buddy killed MY buddy and broke him out. If we lived closer we might have been able to kill them.

Aimbots are controls you activate, they are not things that are always on otherwise you would be constantly targeting whatever you seen.
You hold down a button and it works, when you take your hand off that button it works like it normally does.
When his gun was literally targeting him through a rock and when it came up as well. Then a headshot. To me that looks fishy.

I thought the exact same thing, you see him tracing the guys through the rocks with his gun.
He does do a mini-swing to pin-point the direction of footsteps, but he reacts and picks it up so quickly + the tracing. I dunno, but that is abit suss looking nonetheless.
