Ok now im sure its a new bug its impossible to find a solutions so Admins pls .
The legacy version of Rust is basically not being updated anymore. The devs aren't putting any more work into it, aside from a few small things that had to be done to fix things that broke when they moved it from using Unity 4.0 to Unity 4.5. You're probably not going to get any help from the devs for this, and that's why nobody's been answering. I don't know how to fix it because everything that fixed this problem in the past doesn't, so it has to be something with your system or your Internet connection. What kind of internet connection do you have?

What kind of internet connection do you have?
I do not know if that answers your question
I meant how are you connected. Not what your speed is. The ping test you did four days ago told me everything I needed to know about your actual speed and ping for this situation. Are you wireless to the router? Are you on DSL or cable? Is the router separate from the modem?
I'm cable but sometimes I can also put me in with WIFI TP LINK key . My Router is separate from the modem yep
Are you able to make a direct wire connection between your computer and the modem, if you unhook the router? Because if so, this is what I want you to do. Unplug the power to both the modem and the router. (You'll have to reboot the router at the end, anyway, so we might as well power it off now.) Plug your computer directly into the modem with an ethernet cable, and then power the modem back up. Let it start up (this can take a few minutes) until the lights on the front are normal for the modem being online and ready to transmit data. Try Rust then. If it works, well, that tells us the problem is likely the router. Once you're done and you're ready to reconnect your router, power the modem off again. Reconnect the ethernet cable between the router and the modem. Both the router and modem should be powered off still. Power the modem up first, then power the router up about one minute into the modem's startup. The point is to not power them on at the same time, but to let the modem start first. This isn't something you should need to do all the time, but this way, we make sure no extra problems leak in and make things confusing and more difficult. If you can't make a direct wire connection between the computer and the modem, don't bother with unhooking everything. However, I do want you to power off the modem and router, and then start them up according to my instructions at the end, starting up the modem and waiting 60 seconds before powering the router.
ok I'm sorry I made a big mistake, I'm sorry that you write this paragraph for nothing but my router and my modem are not seperate. what I mean is that I have a Modem / Router Excuse me elixwhitetail ! :l
Oh, okay. This next step is going to break your computer's internet connectivity until you reboot. After you execute this command, you will need to restart your computer. The command won't cause any lasting harm to your computer, and in fact can clear out problems. This command will not affect your modem/router at all. However, if you do have a third-party security package (even if you don't know it's there) that has firewall capabilities to secure your network connection from intrusion, this will break it. However, this is actually something we want right now, because if it's there, it's getting in our way. My point in saying all this is that there could be minor consequences, but they'll be to software you weren't even aware was there at all. You should, however, have a working Internet connection no matter what, because the command resets the networking stack to the default setup in Windows, clearing out any extra stuff that might be interfering. If this does happen, the only way to fix the security software is to uninstall and reinstall it. Now that I've said all that, if you still want to continue, here is the command. Open up a command prompt as administrator. If you don't run it as admin, this won't work. Once you've got your prompt with elevated permissions, type this command:
netsh int ip reset
Then restart your computer.
Ok i going to try this tomorow Thanks
I followed step now I try my rust [editline]14th July 2014[/editline]
Oh, okay. This next step is going to break your computer's internet connectivity until you reboot. Why did you install BitDefender when the whole problem is that Rust is having problems getting out of your computer? When did you install BitDefender?
Frankly, I know what to do I bought a game but it does not work anymore ... why me! why ?
The game is in alpha, and the version you're having trouble with isn't being updated anymore either.
I installed bitdefender yesterday because I wanted to try several anti virus I do not know which one to choose, which one is best for my game working again
How many antiviruses do you have installed right now? And no antivirus will "fix" the problem. If anything, it will make it worse.
I have only one anti virus right now on my computer but I remember that Saturday I had to download software. WifiGuard I opened it and I think I changed something on my network but the problem is that i uninstall. and now when i reinstall it i was not able to change back over these parameters. I do not know if it can help .
I have no idea what you've done to your computer at this point but something is blocking Rust from getting out of your network.
I also think I do not see what can block it. I uninstall all he could block but it did not change anything.
What is the Windows Firewall set to right now, by the way?
I have the default windows firewall it is normal for there to many Rust?
... Check both privé and public boxes for each one of those Rust entries. Reboot, try Rust.
It does not work and there is 4/5 Rust which are added to the list
Wait, how many Rust entries do you have there? Don't take a screenshot, just tell me the number you see in the firewall now.
there are 12 .6 with the box checked and 6 with not the box checked (not public or private I mean the name)
Check all boxes for Rust. The ones to the left and the ones to the right.
does not work and no RUST box is added
Turn off the Windows Firewall. We'll turn it back on later, but turn it off right now. It'll complain at you, but that's fine.
i turn off the firewall public and private ? and after i try rust?
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-windows-firewall-on-off Turn the firewall off completely. Then try Rust.
Not worked
Uninstall BitDefender immediately. If it asks you to reboot, the answer is no. We'll be rebooting, but not yet. Then open up a command prompt as administrator, as I explained on the previous page, and run the following commands one after another:
netsh int ip reset netsh firewall reset
Reboot, try Rust. Warning, do not go anywhere else in your web browser, just come back to Facepunch, because you will have just disabled security by doing these steps. However, if those security features are blocking Rust, we need to know. [editline]13th July 2014[/editline] Oh, and before you run Rust after the reboot, verify its file integrity by right-clicking on it, Properties, Local Files tab, and the verify button.
