Well it looked like i needed to update my AMD drives, but after doing that it worked ones tryed again and nothing same thing, but for ppl who are having the same thing try what i did it may or may not help.

Pretty sure this has nothing to do with your graphics card. It's a server error. Did you get disconnected from the server your having problems with?
I have this same problem on one server after I was playing and the server crashed. Now I get the loading character screen on that server only. Can you connect to a server you've never been on?
ive tried 5 other server and two of them i got in, after i got in i left to see if the problem still was there and i could not get back onto it.

Did you try setting a port forwarding exception on your router? If you're able to connect to servers A and B but not C and D it seems like it might be a server type issue.
Have you tried Re-installing Direct X
iamcpc i dont think so only computer atm that on the router is the one im on. and no shackledfrog i didnt ill give it a go and reply back.
