That moment when you notice he says he got banned cause hacker messed with his server. If this was the case a lot of players if not almost all of them would be banned by this new "hack". Sadly thats not the case you cheated you got banned for it. Its over dude sorry.

Because of the way VAC works, it only fails on a large scale -- IE it detects something it ought not, and catches everyone with that software. Those bans can be overturned. Yours won't; your entire description shows you didn't understand how VAC worked to begin with and hoped to explain away what you did by saying another, different hacker who totally wasn't you caused it.

Hey, uh, so, no, VAC causes individual false positives from time to time. 2 seconds on Google will show you at least 2 screenshots of Steam Support conversations where SSupport goes "oops, you've been unbanned, our mistake."
However, [B]not one[/B] screenshot of such a conversation has turned up for a Rust VAC ban. Not once. So it's still not a good go-to excuse if you got VAC banned.
