I played rust last night. I died about 10-20 times before I got my first kill. Got accused of hacking instantly.
I made a second facebook account to look as if I had more friends...
My whole life is a lie.
Once a cheater, always a cheater... and there are a lot of cheaters here.

In my teeage years I maphacked in diablo 2 and starcraft. Got banned many times from both of those games.

I never cheated when I used to play WC3 because that completely ruins the game and makes it no fun.
Never got banned for using maphack on D2 though.

I hacked on CS:S for 8 years got caught 3 months ago.
I hacked on CSGO for 2 months got banned by overwatch for a year, Then CSGO patched and It turned into a perm Ban with 30 days left on the ban.
I quit hacking since then, I just play Garrysmod and Rust oh and League of Legends.

LUA hacking is sort of allowed on Garrysmod, i hope that won't be the case with rust though.
I used an exploit in a pokemon online game to change my wild pokemon encounters to whatever I wanted. Then they patched that and I found another way that still works (and no one else knows about it :D)

cheats are for fools :/ I play for the accomplishment of beating a good player the legit way.
if it requires using of exploits (which in rust is pretty much the meta - use exploits, protect against exploits) then I will do it.

i also cheat in ps2 games (mainly "we love katamari") using cheat engine, it's fun to see what it can do before crashing

By the time WC3 came out I had stopped hacking. In RTS games you actually are better if you don't hack because you're forced to get better to win.
Honestly, I don't know how to play Civilization 2 without cheat mode enabled. It's their fault though for making it too damned easy to turn on...
On PS3, I have been accused of cheating all the time. They're a whiny community, but still not as bad as xbox.
I used a bot in WoW to max out my fishing. I HAD TO HAVE THE TURTLE MOUNT!!!!!
I've cheated mostly in:
All Points Bulletin with Aimbot and wallhack
Garry's Mod with SethHack, Good ol' Faphack, Lenny's Scripts, Cheat Engine and some of which I have forgotten
Counter-Strike: Source with multihack, got VAC'd
Pirated copy of Counter-Strike 1.6 with multihack
Team Fortress 2 with multihack
Minecraft with a hack client called Nodus which is a lot of things
Counter-Strike 2D with aimbot
An absolute fuckton of botting within Runescape before the Botnuke
And the only one I'm actually ashamed of; Sims 3. I just couldn't help typing in those money commands, they were just sitting there.. Watching me.. All the time until I couldn't resist the urge.
And probably a whole bunch of other games, which I cant recall as of now
I created a lua script table for Arma II and III, DayZ, CastleminerZ, Terraria, Minecraft, Ghosts, GTA IV, GTA SA, and a lot of other shit. But not Rust :D #noregrets
i use hacks quite often actually. they are wonderfull for catching other people hacking. too bad cheatpunch/vac don't look at it from that perspective, it would making being an admin/mod on a server easier. besides modding, hacks don't really do alot for me as it just ruins gameplay. odd thing is i got banned by cheatpunch and i come on a month later and i'm cheatpunched banned but not vac banned, and then i come on another month later and i'm not banned at all. don't know what it was about, but glad it worked itself out.
I cheat all the time on the xbox 360 on my rgh for money $$$, but not in online lobbies if you can get what i mean I host private lobbies and shit for people. Only cheated once on PC on a pirated MW3 copy for 2 days

I used to Dup items in Diablo one. Then I found a hack to give me all the spells on my Mage. Please don't burn me at the stake.

Had 8 bots running on D2 at one point.. those were the days. Only game hacking I ever did, and I blame it all on Njaguar and his Yeti of a wife.
