Apparently it was on a 90 second ban but then that's not really the point is it? It's the fact that they are so quick to hit that ban hammer without even taking time to look into it based on assumption's and some scrub QQ'n he got roflstomped. Honestly if you're looking for a fair server you might wanna keep looking, from what I've seen the admins play favorites with their older players and seem to take their sides instantly without question over new players to the server. Beware and play here at your own risk I only say this because it seems extremely sketchy to me. I like it here though, and from what I was shown I do believe hacking was involved, although initially I supported the "hacker". I chose to stay, they chose to leave. Then we ask to see this so called video we get banned from server.[/QUOTE] As previously stated, right after the new Rust update, we were not able to destroy buildings with C4, admin uber hatch, or even the remove command. This lead us to wipe the server clean and start over like every server has done for Major updates. Once on the server was up, the admins built Wood and Metals 1x2 bases and threw C4 on them to see if it worked, and it did. However we couldn't remove the pillars, ceilings, or foundations cause of the remove addon not working. Once it worked, we removed those buildings. And lol at pulse firing, lighting tapping the left mouse doesn't do anything when he was going full auto. Hackers always claim they are professional FPS shooters and play in tournaments. Show me proof he is a professional player? And btw it's called bursting, not pulsing. In game and IRL you do short 1-3 round bursts to control the recoil.

The video I showed Mariista was a youtube video showing off the hack, so she can see what it looks like and how we determine if someone is hacking. It wasn't just me, I always get a second opinion before banning, a second admin agreed with my suspicion. You can search for it on youtube if you want to see how they work. I also heard you guys got an addon that can detect anomalies in a players play style?[/QUOTE] Yeah one of our admins is a programmer and he wrote an addon that records where the person was hit, the location of both players etc etc. The ragdolls actually have a huge amount of hit boxes from Spine 0-5 etc. So its very easy to tell when people are hacking from them hitting the same spots over and over.

I'm going by visuals and knowing how the hack works, and using death messages to show who killed whom with what weapon and where on the body. Showing distance would be very helpful.

Funny we were told there was a video and that you linked it in mumble and Mariista watched it. Then ran cc cleaner or something and now her history is gone so she can't show us the link apparently.

Great server. Great, experienced admins who are always diligent about catching hacks and cheaters, but always fair with their process. The server has some great players leading our community who, while they will kill you (of course) won't abuse you... much ;)

Tonight we hit max population, banned 6 hackers tonight, and the server started 2 weeks ago. Thanks for all those who have helped make this possible.

Admin abuse Alert! So I was playing last night, made myself a home next to a helpful player. I woke up and got on later in the day and all of a sudden there is a huge metal base right next to us, with people shooting unlimited ammo everywhere non stop. I walked over naked to speak with them and make sure i could come out of my base without being killed. One of them said he was an admin, and he had 12 people living in the base. The server was wiped two days ago and they are running around firing unlimited ammo everywhere, clearing clips on animals non stop, than they started attacking me, accusing me of getting an airdrop saying they would blow up my little base. The rcon command to give items needs to be removed from the game, because every server has admins spawning in stuff for their buddies.
