Legacy needs to stay as long as there is thousands of players playing it, once pvp is drastically improved then you will see a lot of the legacy players move over and once raiding becomes a big part of the game again but they are on the right track for the new version of rust and cant wait till they implement armor stats, I have around 2.5k hours in legacy and just recently moved over to the new version which has drastically improved over the last 2 weeks and feel that it will continue to improve at its current pace, maybe in 6 months legacy will be close to empty but as of right now legacy needs to stay for the time being.
Left it well behind more than 6 months ago.
While people are still playing it makes no sense to remove it though, it probably does a service keeping a lot of hackers/problem players away from the real Rust.
As soon at adoption rate is 90%. Cut that shit.
I agree, people will start moving over when PvP becomes close to on par with Legacy.
Edit: The other wave of players still on Legacy will move over. Lot of people already moved over.
