Hahaha! They DO use it on 1x1 bases very frequently. No matter what server you join, many small bases have wooden storages on top of the ceilings = glitch-raided.

Due to game files being largely hosted client-side, there is a bug/hack right now that lets you walk straight thru walls, doors, etc. So that's a likey scenario given the amount of players using exploits in this game.
Yep, it's been on for ages (since the beginning).
You can either remove walls from files and place a sleeping bag through the wall, then through the next one etc...
When you get to the loot room, throw your stuff next to the invisible wall, place a bag, suicide, loot your stuff, and so on till you leave the base.
Either that or go on the ceiling, remove ceiling from your files, and while you connect, during the first few seconds, your character will fall through that ceiling. Then, loot and leave with sleeping bags through walls/doors/whatever.
Using this, [B][U]ANY[/U][/B] base is raidable with 5/10 sleeping bags. Stopped playing some weeks ago when I found out, hopefully it'll be fixed and some new content will be added.
Btw, if they are willing to fix this, there is another bug that allow looting through walls when a box/furnace is next to a wood wall (not necessary close). Sometimes, on one side of the woodwall, there is a little gap (between the actual wall and the pillar). If you can see a box/furnace in this gap, you can loot it by slowly moving your mouse (At some point, you can see the "search" text without the round thing, like it's a small stash, when you press enter, you can loot it).

It's alpha and there will be bugs, but this one just makes putting any effort into playing pointless, because some guy will just come and loot your shit without c4.. Not to mention the fact that this bug has been around forever and nothing getting done about it is also discouraging.

Absolutely nobody will find it unless he uses an esp hack. I struggle to find it myself, sometimes.

Anything is bannable from server admins. They can ban you for anything or nothing.
Hehe. I don't mean the exploit, but an actual cave were you can place a foundation, workbench, furnace and some crates. You need to cover one (of two) entrance with a 1x1. I made one with a metal door, which might look like there's something in there. But there isn't. Just a wooden door on the backside, so I can still use this entrance but others won't see it (unless they nuke the metal door and go in, then this white "open" dot will appear. But who's raiding a 1x1 whithout peeking through a crack first? And then they'd see an empty 1x1. The other entrance is completely hidden from view from the ground. You'd have to jump up those rocks and even then it's very well hidden. This whole "base" is not very spacious, though. :v:
I'm thinking about moving the workbenches in there so I can use the actual 1x1 entirely for crates.

Yea there's actually a couple different little caves like this, I've only found two but I've heard of more. I don't think I've found this one you're talking about.
They're great places to go, but so well hidden that I tend to lose them myself. :zoid:

First time I was running on top of those rocks like crazy, looking for the right "hole".
There is another cave in the exact same rock formation but you can't get out of there, just in. The perfect place to place another fake 1x1 with wooden backdoor and a foundation right behind it to place some crates, since it got two "entrances" as well.
Still, this bugs lets you go through doors, caves ANYTHING basicly
EDIT: Funny how devs are adding only useless shit, instead of fixing major game bugs.

I don't know about getting away with it but you can despawn their items. This happened to me yesterday.

They can get through any walls, they can go in with 50 sleeping bags and loot everyroom in your 5 stories 5x5 base.

I thought this only works thru doors? got raided that way, one sleeping bag behind every door all the way up. at the top they used my c4 to make a hole and throw stuff outside.
