Also, this game is about realistic primal survival. If you cannot handle realistic primal nudity which goes in hand with the atmosphere of this game, then this may not be the game for you.

So the Game is in the most Countrys for 16+ age,in some Countrys for 18+.

The dicks are the mascot, I am guessing.
Haven't played but watched a few videos and even before the naked guys, there were dicks everywhere.
(glitchers, muggers and such...)
So now it's literal.
Perfect mascot for any pvp game. Even Minecraft has the big green penis, and it's targeted right at the kids.
