Let me tell you this, i'm a full time C# / C programmer, and i run many servers on linux and windows. I know enough to know its not that easy...

Well maybe u should stop and think before replying a post! I do realize that servers are being under ddos attack, so i was not complaining about lags, disconnects and server being down temporarily. I do realize that some bugs could crash a server, so i was not complaining about this neither. i am complaining about how Ideal Hosting is responding and reacting due to server downtimes. I am complaing about Ideal Hosting´s staff is not maxed out to the needed amount of workers to do a 24h service. I am complaing about them advertising their experience and proofing the exactly opposite while trying to make us rent their servers. And about your experience...sorry but me an another 15 guys having more crashes and way longer downtimes on IH servers. Oh by the way me and my pals even contacted support on several ways (twitter, live chat,forum) and always just been told that the game is in alpha, or became an aggressive respond or even worth..."i´m not responsible. As u see i was using my brain before writing this post...guess you wasn´t.

Just ignore the ignorant German people. Unfortuantely, it's the german mentality to know everything better. For our part I can assure you that we're running several locations with DDoS protection by now. Unfortunately, there are many blockers for some locations. Obviously, we can not reveal any details.

Yea I know because it's expensive to have a secure Server :D Ok I respect that you are a full time C# programmer but you ain't know enough because my brother is working for Rheinmetall Defence as System integration Server Protection. Just in case you didn't know its not hard to protect servers if you know enough like "We got 5 years experience in Server hosting!" xD

The saddest thing is, someone is really trying to DDOS game-servers. I get it when you want to DDOS some goverment because you have something they said or do whatever, thats fine with me. but game servers? sounds like a couple of script kiddies to me?
ps. German servers are off again after heavy lag.
EU servers are under attack. We've blackholed the IP for now.
Stupid DDOS'ers could never see the fun in it...
