There might be a routing problem. Many people can connect and a small amount of people can't.

It's not a routing problem, but obviously something is going wrong for SOME users. We'll take a closer look tomorrow.

No clue, trying to connect to the United Kingdom server( no unity crashes ) but the grey screen with a face. For about 5min already.
