and if i ping the server it responds 41ms

No, it's not. It's a unity problem. As everyone can ping the server and some people can join, this isn't something we can resolve. (Except for removing the second IP...)
wel the central europe server is locked on 14 players for over an hour now and as far i know no one can connect u sure?
Same on UK. still 20 players

Central EU is broken... it's not the unity player because i can connect to other servers. And it's pretty obv for a server that always has 40 players on this number now stays at 14.

This server is so broken.
EU - Central Europe by PlayRust.EU is down.
It loads unity but when it comes to the garry logo nothing happens.
No words from Garry aswell.
Once again, the issue needs to be adressed by the devs. We can change it back, but its really weird behavior.

Is there a different IP I could try to get on the UK English only server? 3 of us on TS and only one of us can get on it, pretty annoying :S
