I would love to get a server but without kick/ban commands its a no brainer. As a Hosting Provided you should really push for this to get implemented. Its essentially telling everyone who owns a server they cant do anything about someone flying around or hacking as there are no kick/ban commands implemented in the game. When they get implemented im down with renting a server but i until then ill pass.

Well, it really is up to Garry and his team. I've mentioned how important it is several time.

ordered a server, it takes 2 days for it to be activated, they are really helpful until you have paid, then you get treated like something they have stepped in

What is going on with these? My friends and I pitched in together for a server from you guys yesterday and we see the other hosts servers going up within hours, ours was ordered around 18 hours ago and there is no sign of it.

Me too, one of the guys there said it would be today, and that mine was one of the first few scheduled to go up... Still nothing

We waited all day yesterday for ours to go up, as there was no point playing on another server just to hop off and go on our own. So don't tell me to relax, cause that message wasn't even heated merely a question. And if that is the case it begs the question why does the first host of the servers take a few days with theirs, yet all these new hosts can do it in hours?

I don't know what kinda server you ordered but when i got the big package they told me: "Hello Josh, the setup time for a Big Rust Server takes up to 2-5 days. If you are fine with that I am going to generate the invoice for you now."

To be frank .. As soon as they saw Optic Hosting ask to host the rust servers they released shared servers , but that still doesnt change the face that they have a crap services i was in a chat for 2 hours and no1 contacted me, after that i got a chat and mid way through someone else joined the call by the name of u.markel or something and then got put on hold for another 30 mins.. i left didnt even buy the server.. i want to knw what their small package is.. i went and bought the server from elpis hosting who gave it to me for £12 compared to the £29 ideal are selling for.. all in all are crap service, crap servers, and on top of that ridiculous high prices.. good luck to who ever bought a server here.. should have gone to elpis.. but ya enjoy

I was talking to S.F (I'll just use his initials) and he was very helpful, replied to all my questions within a few minutes in online chat and 20 mins for emails. Im paying £50 for 400 slot server. Don't seem to bad. True i don't know how well it will perform but the contract is month by month so if i don't like it i can switch.

The representative from Ideal needs to speak up because they really gotta explain what's going on. This is really bad for their reputation...

And it was the oh. You gotta wait a day or two, then stopped responding for 25-30 mins

Ideal Hosting is a 1 man company it seems, unable to reply to all requests at the same time atm from all those questions & orders
