Personally i have just contacted ideal today and they replied within the hour to my ticket but i have to say their order system is armature at best. I've run a hosting company in the past and am currently setting a new one up if you incorporate whmcs and tcadmin then everything is automated. You order via WHMCS and it collects payment and send setup info to TCadmin. You can set a stock limit on the servers also so their 2-3 day setup is just beyond belief. This assumption is based on the fact that the dedi servers run like most ie. exe followed by a command line.

Just ordered a shared server. Very smooth, fast transaction. Helpfull people and quick responses to my emails. Thanks again!

sad to say IH is out of european servers.. i just tried ordering one.

But it's personal preference.

That's what I'm seeing here, considering my now 5 hour ticket still hasn't been answered

My only thinking for the delay is that they do not have the capacity and are waiting for new boxes to be delivered and setup in their data centres. If this is the case they should just have said you could preorder you shared hosting now. So rcon will not be implemented into the servers yet right?

Yes, it will be. I won't release any server until rcon is working. It's been stated in the product info, so we will release them once it's fixed, avoiding the need to reinstall all servers. Briefly looking at your offers I must say that they look really fair and interesting. Awesome to have a solid Rust host around. :smile:
