How is this server still down? Someone needs to hit the restart button!

Lads this server is shite. I've set up a new server with Gameservers.com because I don't think it's coming back on anytime soon. Search for 'Rusty Moon' in modded. There's just a big stacks mod and that's it - basically vanilla.
I'm trying to get the server to kick off with a good few users so please do drop on by and have a wander. Ideal for solo players with one or two friends.

Well once the XP system comes and the bp will be forced wiped, all irelands players can migrate away from ireland-1, because noone seems to care about that server, just take it offline forever....
Lol can't believe this fucking server is still offline, the real thing that bothers me is that not even a single admin or dev mention anything about this problem. Please Facepunch, step up your game and hire some fucking admins cause i'm done with this shit. I expected way more of a company like this... They don't even work during weekends --'. And for the scrubs that are telling us to switch server, well guess what, go fuck yourself, im not going to farm all those bp's again and again.

i think you have entirely the wrong impression. they never said they were providing stable servers when you bought a game under construction; servers are bound to be wiped/down intermittently. and they owe you absolutely nothing.

there is a really easy solution if you listen to the "scrubs". instead you are banging your head on a wall, complaining that no one is moving the wall.

Give me a community server that wipes every 2 weeks, has a decent small map and a constant population of 200+ and i will move now? Cause i'm 100% sure that everyone here already looked for a new server.
i'm not really interested in helping people who won't help themselves; especially when they are demanding, entitled and outright rude. i'm just pointing out the idiocy in whining about something in your control instead of actually changing your approach; from here it's up to you lot to actually do something.
you were sold alpha access to a game being actively made. they never said you would have a stable gameplay experience right now.
and denied, to be clear; unlike yourself, i don't think the other people in this thread have done anything other than make an account and demand that ireland 1 gets "fixed".
This is my 3rd time I switch servers, im just done with farming the blueprints, so it's normal that i'm mad.

It's easy to reply to people and just tell em that they need to go to a community server when there aren't any good ones in my opinion, and talking about rude? you come in this thread telling everyone that they are an idiot and that we need to farm bp's for the 6th time in a month on once again another server. why are u even on this? we never asked for your help we asked for information about the server or if any admin or dev knew something more about this matter, not to get told to move.

hey, if you don't want people to give their opinion, maybe don't join a forum, or post on it.
i have never called anyone in this thread an idiot either. i have said that banging your head on a wall, and complaining that the wall isn't being moved is idiotic. [B]which it is[/B]; the forum is littered with threads complaining about the unstable nature of the official servers. it's far from new, and it's not going to change any time soon. so the solution is not to whine at the deaf ears of devs who have other priorities, and whine that they aren't keeping you up to date, and to demand they take responsibility for whatever shit you think they are responsible for (such as you having to find/research bps again, which is one of the most basic parts of the game).
the solution is to look for another server in the community tab, since it has been proven time and time again that they in general provide a much more stable experience. then stay there. because it's obvious that you guys are getting too invested in a server that cannot meet your expectations, and is really a test server when it comes down to it.
the reasons i won't suggest any community servers are A) the forums no advertising policy, and B) i play on official servers. if they are down, i stop playing for a bit, or move to one of my alt servers. i play official to test the current state of the game, which as people always say is "in alpha". maybe when the game is actually completed i'll give a fuck about servers being down. then again, since there are thousands of them, maybe i would just move server again.

We all know it a alpha, we all know they dont have to host servers themselfs.
But for clarity, they do get money by letting people buy the alpha and play it, so they can complete/optimize this game.
So a little bit of support here and there on a server their production company owns would be great...
We just want a status update on the server we play on, after its been offline for many hours.
If you think that its too much to ask, than ur just silly.

you say "we all know it a alpha" but your behaviour says otherwise. as much as you lot may not want it, and as much as you may not understand it, [B]my intention is to help you[/B]...not to buff my already huge ego. you want to play rust without the server going down all the time? play on the most stable type of servers in the game, privately owned community servers. you want to play on a server that doesn't wipe every couple of days randomly? try a well moderated community server with an owner/admin that keeps you in the loop.
better men than you have tried to change the priorities of the devs. it doesn't happen with entitled forum spam. that said, i suppose i should just let this thread die like it is bound to; my attempts to help you lot are like banging my head against a wall and wondering why it doesn't move, which is kind of ironic.

Same thing is happening with the Brazillian server São Paulo 1.
