It wouldn't activate until a certain time expires, so your AI wouldn't turn on unless you were offline for say 30-60 minutes to prevent abusing it for this.

There is nothing wrong with a teleport system.
As someone very clearly pointed out, why the fuck wouldn't you spawn beside your IRL Brother, or friend if this was real life?
Just make it so you can only teleport upon spawning into the world (not when playing), and only to an established location, like your friend's base, or if your friend has spawned within 60 seconds, you can spawn on your friend (so if you are both just starting, you will be together)

I agree with some of your points besides the whole gold, silver and bronze armor thing. Sounds so silly if you think about it in rust. Most of your ideas it seems though seems to have come from Minecraft and Minecraft related mods dude.

[B]Telescope:[/B] Tri-pod mounted and a stationary alternative to the binoculars. It's not very mobile, but can be dissembled into pieces and taken to be put together then placed in another location. Can zoom in farther than the binoculars to spot things. (Or you can gaze upon the starry night sky!)

Different kinds of zombies would be silly considering they have been already thinking of removing zombies completely.
Guild system with a "blue dot" above allies heads would make things too easy for the group, and much harder for new people just starting out alone.
Camouflage would be useless medium to far range, considering grass doesn't show from those distances.
Scopes would make it extremely difficult for people to loot towns, due to every blade of glass then being a possible sniper. You would literally just have to camp on a hill next to a town, that way nobody would get in or out.
Lamps would need power, which would require a generator.
What I do like are the windows that could be opened or closed. This would be greatly useful if when closed, the window still had a small slit in which you can shoot from.
I also really like the bear trap idea, but I believe should be hard to find or craft.
We need placeable torches! light up our bases, instead of campfires! and a battery powered torch!

Camouflage doesn't hide you. It blends you in with the most common areas around. It's an illusion on the eyes, not an invisibility cloak. Easy solution: design the camouflage around the texture of of the ground when the grass isn't rendering. It's not going to be useful close up anyways.
Teleporting would be game breaking, realistic or not. Frequently my brother has already setup on a sever and I am late to join the party. He would have a shelter and sleeping bag waiting. If they really wanted to make it hard they would remove the suicide option, although this would lead to players getting stuck in places I guess. After playing for a while it takes about 2mins to find a friend on the current map unless they have run into the wilderness and that would be their own fault as they want to be hard to find.
Most of the other updates seem to be terrain based ideas that would be good to see but again the map needs to be completely redone to add things like rivers.
There is already a car in the game and they are adding a helicopter, although I am not sure if it is for the player or is going to be an NPC.
Improved crafting speed at a workbench would be great and make a lot of sense. If I am making 8 ceilings for a layer of my 3x3 it can take nearly 10mins, although this may be what the new improved workbench is for on the facepunch trello page.
I would like the ability to make friends in game, only increasing the name tag range slightly as at the moment is to easy to just kill everyone at a range before even knowing who they are. If you make the effort to introduce yourself up close this could be done by both players agreeing to a handshake making them friendly. Alternatively there needs to be Dyes or a much wider selection of clothing, although this would mean you would have to tell the difference between armours by model rather than colour.
Making safes with combo locks would be good although they would still need to be raidable. Maybe once item deterioration has been added the action of blowing open a safe will damage the items inside, even destroying some while picking the lock would take considerable time but be much more rewarding. Either way everything must be raidable to some extent, it isn't fair for anybody to feel 100% safe.
Horses I have already replied to another thread, great idea but make it require two hands to ride and log mount/dismount animation to prevent them being to overpowered.
A compass would be nice if it came with the individual degrees rather than just the four standard directions. Less about finding your way home or to anything and more about designating directions to other players your currently with.
Map i am still undecided, as already stated the current usable terrain is too small to require one but it could lead to some amusing situations if the map starts blank and fills itself in. Say i kill a player and take his map. I could merge it with my own to reveal a fuller idea of the terrain or even study it to try and workout where he is based.
Now some ideas.
We need signs to designate areas, at the end of the game there is little to do other than claim land and state your group controls a certain area. Also a lot of KoS of new settlers is because people build too close, it isn't personal just these are my lands kinda thing, maybe even would lead to larger clans running protection rackets.
Animations for swapping to a new hot bar item. Again not killing a naked guy is a risk, they complain when you do it but you would be surprised how many are carrying a sneaky pistol or shotgun mysteriously hidden somewhere. This is a nicer alternative to cavity searches.
Stronger housing is also important as at the moment the only safe way to live is to create a 5x5 skyscraper as high as humanly possible with so many doors that c4ing every room becomes an impossibility. It would be nice to have a use for all the stacks of stone and being able to reinforce a wall stopping people peering through the cracks would be great.

I would like to suggest, that the ore nodes/stones that are spawning in the world would have several stages of "minebility". Every higher melee weapon/tool could salvage more and more % out of the node - you couldnt completely mine a node, without a pickaxe.
I would like to suggest a change of animation when mining with the hatchet. Mining with the sharp part would destroy the hatchet IRL, but it would be possible with the other side (the flat one), so the player would flip the hatchet by right clicking and could mine ore. Mining with the sharp point would cause a loss in durability.
