Don't Buy HFB Here is why. Any suggestions on new server hosters?

I've been waiting over 10+ hours now for a response from HFB Servers...I believe my server encountered a DDoS attack right after we banned a player and his group for not following the rules. I have received no response to my tickets thus far. It would be nice to get some customer support. I actually really liked the server I rented from them. The latency was excellent and the control panel was great. This experience with the lack of customer support is really making me start to look elsewhere though. What is most unfortunate is the ~100 player base and outstanding community I had going on our server in just 3 days. I'm sorry the server is down guys...I wish it were back up to.

My server is still showing Status: Unknown and it's been about 15 hours now. I have received 0 response from HFBServers. This has to be absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Just found out that my server Has been ddosed by someone i banned because he was hacking and tried to blackmail My admins and i to spawn him stuff or he will ddos, We banned him of course the server went down. So there for other servers from My Network from other costumers of HFB went down also.
