PVP is a part of the game and due to the nature of many of Rusts players we will of course have to engage in it but we're not an aggressive team by nature. On DayZ we operated a successful trading outpost on our own server and many of our members are approachable and friendly (though we have one or two rednecks who like to shoot anything that moves :P) Our long-term goals haven't really been discussed at length just yet but we will most certainly attempt to operate as a friendly and open team on our server with the hope of approaching other like minded communities and forming alliances. We'll attempt to be as neighborly as possible but of course we also hope to establish ourselves as a strong enough force that if the proverbial hits the fan we'll be prepared and able to defend ourselves. [B]What are Haven's requirements for membership?[/B] Whether you've been playing Rust for an hour or a month you're welcome here. What we do ask is that you're mature (preferably over the age of 18) and a teamplayer, there's no room in Haven for selfish players who just take take take. You must also be able to speak a good level of English. We don't have any playtime requirements so if you can't log-in for a few days that's fine, everybody has real life commitments and we completely understand that. We'll do our best to look out for you whilst your logged off as we do play on a sleeper server. Finally we do ask that you have a good quality headset and are willing to jump on our mumble server whenever you're in-game, we're a social team and at the end of the day we're all out to have fun, VOIP helps bring us closer together (it also makes playing a game like this much easier and more co-ordinated). We then enter a new game and the whole process repeats itself. If you have experienced that problem then you will know why Jesters was formed. We are gaming community composed of people from all over the world. We first got together under the banner of The Jesters as an Outfit in Planeside 2. But this time things will be different. We will not lose those bonds with each other. We will continue to develop our friendships and gaming together as games come and go.
