You got to ask yourself how it serves the gameplay and there's really only one thing that can and absolutely will happen: Rape. Rust would become a Rape sim. While there's a morbid part of me that finds a game that truly allows people to become evil bastards an awesome prospect, I don't think rape is acceptable even in a video game, although seeing two nakeds have consensual buttsex on spawn beach might be worth a few chuckles TBQH.
