So are you deleting the lines in the cfg for the 1hr MOTD? The server goes unresponsive, and just crashes..... can't do anything about it. :-(

I tray to keep our server on previous version with Essentials 1.5.5. All our clients have already new version. Workload on the sever now is approx. 5 players and we don't recognize any issues.
I've had server issues with Essentials 1.5.5 and the new client/server update rolled out this morning. Initially the server worked with Essentials being none-functional, however their became an issue on restart with Essentials not loading and eventually with players connecting and not being able to select items in their toolbar/inventory.
Waiting for next Essentials patch =]

Well, I update my server and remove Essentials, deciding to just accept that I wont have it for a while, my server goes from average population of 3 to 35.... Might be because I updated my server within 15 mins of the update coming out. Anyone know how long Essentials takes with these updates? It looks like its rather quick.
EDIT: The updated server wouldn't run with 1.5.5 essentials, so just waiting for it to update.

Because my Serverhost only offers Essentials 1.5.4 and till this morning it worked fine for me...
As im sitting here patiently waiting for the update i am wondering if there will be some fixes to some of the commands, as in 1.5.5 i noticed that /remove, /god and some others were not working. I appreciate the effort thats being put in by the dev's so i dont want to come across as nagging. Just curious to why it wouldn't be working and if its just on my server.

I think I will just use the plugin when its up to date, and play without when it isnt, and just have to deal with the fact that I will end up with 20 users constantly typing /kit /kit /kit /kit.....
Nothing works. I have uploaded leather and essentials to my server. Rebooted the server and not a single command works.

especially on a full server... spawn in and you are usually shot before you move... or build a shack and 10 mins later its c4'd to hell. they need to increase usage of the island... current play area is too small...

Our server is unstable at the moment with Essentials on it. It keeps going unresponsive, with some read/write buffer issue.
I just updated my server with 1.6.1 and it's not functioning at all. Am I the only one? I uninstalled leather loader, essentials and deleted the old folder, then re-installed both and nothing.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
