It actually changed during the middle of the game somehow. I started the server - tested supply signals after wiping everything. Confirmed the supply crates were dropping what I wanted them to. About an hour later I had someone message me saying they got explosives again from a crate. No reboot had happened at all. Starting testing supply signals again, and sure enough they were dropping the default loot, and not my modified tables. Already talked to MistaD, and he didn't have any idea. I can do the remove tool one. I don't know how the spawn points work yet, so I'll also figure that out.
As for having default players build in safezones, that's something I would have to figure out once I make a flag system for the zones/regions.

b) a /seen command, like /seen player1 ... and the bot "Player1 has been seen 55 minutes ago." :)

By giving DEFAULT Rank the /f command, will allow them to create Factions, Join, Leave. It does NOT give them the ability to create warzone/safezone though. Only allows them the Faction commands.

All items (aside from Doors) are attached to whomever placed the 1st foundation. This isn't anything that can be changed. It's coded into RUST! (Ceilings, pillars, walls, windows, doorways) are all attached to the 1st foundation placed. Doors are separate.

This could be related to the /owner or SteamGroups. (I don't get this error, so I'm taking a wild guess that you are trying to use the Steamgroups?)
Is there anyway we can have a command so we can give people new ranks without leaving the game? I am really missing this feature.
Right now you have to minimize game > run FTP> add a Steam ID > get back in game and reload config.
Could we instead have a command: /rank "Play3r1" "Moderator" command that we run straight from the chat?

No :) We have a Mix PVE / PVP servers. We have few rules for pvp and one is when you step in a radzone you are considered PVP. We mark the radzone with the Warzone popup, so players know when they step in a dangerous zone. So it's not at all about the construction :) 4 warzone is not enough, we don't need infinite, but steping up 4 to 8 zones would be appreciated :)
Have a quick question, but I wanted to mention how easy and useful Rust Essentials has been so far on my server. Good job guys.
I'm having an issue with day/night progression. By default they are 45/15 respectively. In the config.ini file I've changed the config to be:
daylength=53
nightlength=7
I saved and reloaded ("/reload config".. tried a "/reload all" for the fun of it too), but nights are now just as long as days. It looks like both nighttime and daytime are inheriting 53 (confirmed by typing /daylength and /nightlength). Interestingly, entering the command in game "/nightlength 7" speeds the night up, so it is confirmed that the inline command works, but next sunset I'm back to the 53 'min' night, so something isn't being set/processed correctly in the config file.
At first I thought rcon settings might be taking precedence over Rust Essentials permissions, but env.daylength was set correctly to 53 and env.nightlength was set correctly to 7.
Is there another configuration file that Rust Essentials looks at for time settings that I may have missed? If not it seems like nightlength might be misconfigured to inherit the value of daylength.
