Once "owned" houses are implemented, bases need to be indestructable. - Rust

What you need to do is find a server that slightly limits the ammount of c4 and build a decent house, most people wont spend more than 15 c4 on one house so you need like 9 metal doors, also dont be stupid and put your chests on the outside rooms of your house or on the bottom floor make sure they are about in the middle of the top floor

@OP and anyone with problems with offline raiding Seriously I don't even understand what the issue is here, if you have such an issue with it just join server that does the following 1.) C4 & or Explosives are find only, can't be crafted 2.) Flares cannot be crafted and can only be found. Since C4 requires flares to be made even just restricting this and making the drop ratios lower on it can hamper the c4 creation a lot 3.) If you don't like any of the MANY options people have modded in to cater to the different play styles, thank you for your contribution to Rust and we hate to see you leave but we love to watch you walk away :) I for one like building a really secure base and every time someone finds a way to raid it, I learn something and build it better next time. I don't see where the problem is.

The base mechanics of raiding at the moment are fine aside from the stuff that can be done with boxes and barricades. Maybe more hits on structures could help while leaving it the same idea. If you think about it the only factor is the time vs return. The more people the more stuff is possible. I do agree 130 c4 sounds a little outlandish and I can't really see the reason to waste that much resources even for the return. But shouldn't you be capable of the same feats with those kind of numbers? Maybe since your group is big they wanted to send a message. Think about it, bigger targets stick out a lot more and it sounds like the base was formidable. Another group probably just wanted to prove it can be done.

You keep calling others pussies but you guys roll 12 deep and think you are super leet and then are surprised that other players on the server might want to mess with your group while you are offline. Your idea of making unraidable bases is awful, hide your base better and stop getting into fights right next to your base making it easy to find out where you are located. I only shoot people who can see my base when they are attempting to raid, otherwise I know they will eventually come back and raid the base while I am offline. If I had two buddies on your server and I watched a group of 12 murdering people the only way to seek retribution would be to raid while they were offline.

Well they can do some stuff like stronger walls when people are offline ( 1 more c4 for each structure something like this ) I played about 200 hours and never got raided when I was online it's pretty dumb in my opinion :(

I recommend living in the middle of nowhere, a 5-10 minute run from society. Or keep someone online 24/7 who has your cell phone number and can text you... That's what me and my crew did when the game first hit and we wanted to protect our houses. People will play this game 24/7, 120 c4 in 3 days isn't really that bad to be honest.

Raiding while people are online should of a server feature option... Hardcore server/normal or something...but yeah people really go all out on a server and play as if they have no life... playing at like 5am or something...
