I can't connect to US East 1 or Online Gaming Veterans (no-pvp). Just to let people know. Though I have a person in skype right now thats in the server and I connected earlier. Restarted machine Restarted/updated steam Verified game files. I'm located in FL. Might have a clue there. I'm on the east coast, having trouble connecting to an EC server...and im guessing by the ping that OGV is also on the east coast I know this sounds more like something FP's side, just throwing in some more info if it might be helpful.

(from facepunch games). As they have stated they are testing a patch on the Dev servers and need people to try to connect to US CEntral 5 on the dev side to confirm the patch works. To connect to the dev servers, right click Rust in your Library - Select Properties - Click on the Betas tab on the top right - Click the Drop down under the Select the Beta, and choose the Dev one. The game will patch, and then you launch and choose US Central 5. When the normal patch goes live... simply follow the steps above again but select the Non-Dev Beta option.

A server reset or a rollback is needed regardless of new patches. This issue has been affecting most, but not all of the players. Which has concluded into 10-20 people on each server being able to run about carelessly, raid other houses and gather shitloads of loot throughout this day. Which gives them an unfair edge

Well, if you love it, why not just wait out the difficulties and do something constructive IRL? I'm also not trying to argue or "insult" anyone. But, coming to these forums saying you're tired of waiting for an update and want to quit is just unnecessary.

Germany 1(DEV) works just fine for me US Central 5 (stress Test) They all work for me in DEV

Yeah pretty much, Rust is amazing so far but there are plenty of other games to play and/or things to do while we wait. It's not just Rust that has been hit by the Auth problems, it's just taking a bit to fix.
