Failed to connect (Facepunch_Connector_AuthFailure) - Rust

I bin waiting for around an 1h and still can't get in.

This issue still happens to me for every server i try to join On my side, i've tried restarting steam, rebooting my computer, removing the clientregistry, and cleaning my steam folder before reboot. Authentication still doesn't work. On the server i frequent, there's been 3 restarts and one run of the update tool. Neither me or the admin can join.

Still dont work.

Just wait it happens, it is alpha after all.

This is happening for many Steam games.

Just got this bug on our own dev server, was logged in as admin and did a teleport to cords, game crashed and now have the auth failure.

That Rust server.com needs 2 b restarted please

People should read the whole topic before posting, Duplicate posts do nothing but clutter relevant discussions. It has been stated, nor do i need to repeat. Simply read the posts from others and you will find out what is going on. Edit: Removed because Jesus' post says it all.

Sadly I am still having issues connecting. I've restarted steam, checked for updates, check game cache, restarted computer, all to no avail.

Does anyone know if Research/Items are lost after a (RESTART)?

I'm done, seriously. That 'restart' was a lie. Even once i didn't saw the server im playing on being 'restarted' and im talking about official one. I keept refreshing a list and nope, we tell ppl we gonna restart, but actualy we gonna toy with them about it. But what can i know ahh, that sitting in-front of PC and keep refreshing get in my head, need to smoke to chill out ...

The restart was a lead and they hoped it worked, don't go doggin FP just because they are trying things to "satisfy" your Rust needs.

Restart didn't happen And I know it's issue on the Valve side Will say it again - I know it's issue on the Valve side, just talking about reset that didn't happen that's all ... Anyway not gonna write anything more, just wanted to say what is on my mind to be able chill and keep waiting next hour while mans wearing black suits in Valve are dealing with it. Connecting to a server worked before, maybe about 2 hours ago after trying a couple of times but the issue is now back. Oh well, best thing to do is to wait and be patient.

Seriously... i'm patient but 4 hours for "restart" the server.. it's realy long !
