Valve have great servers but poor customer service etc., maybe it's just me ;p Ah wonder when will they fix it ;p

Same happens to a lot of people with Valve.

I was reffering to - Bad customer service etc. That means, it's gonna take while for Valve to fix the issue. I mentioned servers cuz they have great servers, that's all :D Fast dl ~~ And yes, yes. You're right, it's issue with authenticate which is not working properly, that's why we can't log in ; ]

I can get in now, but as soon as the map loads or I try to move it locks up.

I was able to get on earlier, then had to run to a friends house to help him with his computer. And now I am getting the AuthFailure again. So close!

Had authentication failure, server restarted and fixed it. Server restarted again and now 90% of the people on my TS can't get in - u wot

so this was on rust's twitter page "Valve tell us that the problem has been fixed. Servers might need to be restarted before people can join properly :(" which is awesome except they have not reset any of the official servers. at least not the one i'm on, i know this because my friend had been on it since.. then the next post on their twitter page is " Still experiencing steam authentication issues, will update as soon as we receive any news " maybe they should try and reset the servers?

I'm getting this error message right now and all my friends are playing. It's very frustrating.
