Failed to connect (Facepunch_Connector_AuthFailure) - Rust

this is bs are u guys even trying 2 fix it any more, at one point u guys were giving updates often but now we havent got a single update in hours plz just tell us how long i have to wait till i can play this game

Because its not an issue with their end, its steam-side. Steam's servers are borking up. I talk to my friend about it, it happened an hour after this shit started to happen. Come on there has got to be a way to comp? If not I'll honestly restart but I would really like it tbh.

While there fixing it someone getting raided right now ... lmao you got nothing left .. so be prepared to start over .. :P

Damned Steam. All of the games I want to play are suffering from this problem. Hope they fix it soon, thanks for keeping us updated.

Well i dont think being offline helps i messed up last night had everything was adding on for a buddy to get in the house well i layed down the foundation well i look up there a dude in a black jacket aiming one bad ass gun at me and all i can think is run but i was dead.. and to top it off i left the doors open as i was hidden aswell.. and my friend goes is that u shooting damn it im dead voice dont work well he got surprised heh died too got got it all ...

hey! just bought the game! was hoping to jump on it tonight after work and see what its all about, I know people are very aware of the authentication issues but its nice to see that people care and are working on the issues :) hopefully the servers are back running soon!

So, for those that are not aware, when servers have issues... Rust Trolls evolve into Forum Trolls and are much more nasty! Please don't feed the trolls! And let's hope STEAM can figure out what the heck is going on so we can get some game time in!

So I was playing around with things and when i go to dev client I can log into dev servers fine and only dev servers show up .. if I go with the normal client everything shows up and I can't log in to any servers..

So whats going on here, All my friends can get into the game but i can not. Should I spam to login and hope i get in or is there something i need to fix on my end?

Hey Facepunch Fix the chat I want to move it down have a scroll bar incase i missed a message... Thx Do now and we can get the update while we wait for the servers LMAO and a map really easy grab the one off google and camera face down at the character call i Playermarker have it follow the player Clone the MAP remove the trees lower the texture quality.. add some simple code to show it when key m is pressed bam alot of happy players..
