Oh, the hardware professional said me too that he installed a program called "readydriver plus". It seems like a software who blocks digital signatures. I didnt understand at all but I think this program might be a fix... I read a little bit about it and it seems the software do something about "files integrity verification".
I found only this page in portuguese that explains about the software but if somebody who is interested about my error and about the software, translate the page to understand something about.
have you tried deleting those error files and then doing a Verify Integrity of Game Cache, make sure you make a back file of them before deleting.
Yeah, I did it MANY times. I think I downloaded more than 20gb doing this process and the files keep coming corrupted.
This printscreen is of a segregated rust DB106 version that I found on the internet to try to change the files.

yeah, rust doesn't support unsigned drivers, better turn it back on.

Not rust, It's EAC, the core of the problem. What a complicated burocratic Anticheat, Jesus....
UPDATE:
Dudes, could be the problem the modem configuration? I scanned it with avast and found a suspect error. Then I resetted the configuration of my modem and things get to normal. I can download CSGO again and install TeamSpeak normally, things that I can't do before this.
But i'll have to format my PC again because I get a BSOD every time after boot my system without disable driver signature.
The modem could be the core of the problem? PLease respond, I don't want to wipe my OS to nothing again.
I didnt try it yet. This is VERY IMPORTANT, we can solve this problem once for all.

well, yes technically it is EAC that blocks you. afaik it was a dev decision to reduce the avenues for cheaters to stuff around.
as for the modem, no idea on that one but if it works you may be on the right track.
what version of Windows are you running?
and the face that when extracting a pirated version of Rust with winrar brings up corrupted file messages would make me think you have a bigger problem than just Rust

wait what? did i miss something?

It wasnt a pirated version. It was a copy of the original rust on internet. I downloaded it because steam is downloading corrupted files.

although i appreciate the temptation, i'd suggest against a version of the game that A) was not downloaded by steam and B) may have cracks or other things packaged within it.
