yesterday I was also banned for nothing and I think this is the best solution of this problem! :)
I hope they sort it out. Brother was banned sitting right next to me. We been raiding a lot of bases I hope it isn't because of that :P

Unban everyone, no, there are people that were hacking and legitimately banned.

So I noticed that my brother that is banned when you click to view the "survivors" playing the game it says he is logged in. Even after the server reset. Not sure it has anything to do with it or not.

Yes, that's their main focus at the moment, they will be investigating all of these false bans.

Just came home, logged in, started playing, lost connection (lagged out) for 2 minutes, got a message saying "chad keeps", refreshed chrome, "your connection is banned". Help pls?
